미리 배합하거나 하지 않고, 세정 용기내에 물 및 유기 물질을 정치하고(유기물질은 물보다 비중이 높으며 물에 대한 상분리를 나타낼 수 있다); 하부층 중 유기물질의 농도가 상부층보다 더 높은 상분리 상태에 물 및 유기물질을 있도록 한 후; 하부층내에서 세정 목적물을 세정하는 단계를 포함하는 세정목적물을 세정하는 방법.

Description

세정방법 (CLEANING PROCESS)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 세정방법에 사용되는 세정 장치 중 세정 용기의 개략도이며, 여기서 숫자는 :1. 작업부분: 2. 젯팅 노즐: 3. 펌프: 4. 재순환 처리 장치: 5. 초음파 진동자를 나타낸다.

Claims (8)

  1. 미리 혼합하거나 하지 않고, 물 및 유기물질을 세정 용기내에 정치하고(여기서, 유기물질은 물 보다 비중이 높으며 물에 대한 상분리를 나타낼 수 있다); 물 및 유기물질을 하부층의 유기물질의 농도가 상부층보다 높은 상분리 상태로 방치한 후; 세정 목적물을 하부층에서 세정하는 단계를 포함하는 세정 목적물의 세정방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 초음파, 교반 또는 용액 내 젯팅(in-liquid jetting)을 상부 및/또는 하부층에 적용하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 세정 목적물을 상부층으로부터 꺼낸 후 상부층위의 공간에서 물을 젯팅 또는 분무함으로서 헹구는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세정 용기내에 정치하여 20 내지 100℃에서 30분간 유지시킨 유기물질을 물과 혼합하는 경우, 유기물질이 그의 50중량% 이상이 하부층으로 분리되도록 하는 상분리를 나타내는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 유기물질의 80 내지 99.9중량%가 하부층으로 분리되는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 물질의 주요 성분이 비이온성 계면활성제; 방향족 탄화수소 화합물; 및 에스테르, 에테르, 알콜 및 케톤(각각은 방향족 탄화수소기를 갖는다)으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 일종 이상인 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기물질이 30중량%이상의 비율로 100℃ 이하의 구름점을 갖는 비이온성 계면활성제를 함유하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 100℃이하의 구름점을 갖는 비이온성 계면화성제가 하기식;
    R1X(AO)mR2또는 R1X(AO)nYR2
    (식중, R1은 치환체를 가질 수 있으며 하나 이상의 방향족 고리를 갖는 탄소수 6 내지 18의 탄화수소기이며; R2는 수소 원자 또는 치환체를 가질 수 있는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 탄화수소기이며; X는 에테르기, 에스테르기, 또는 아미노기이며; Y는 에테르기 또는 에스테르기이며; (AO)는 탄수소 2 내지 4의 알킬렌 옥시드기이며, m 및 n은 (AO)의 평균 부가 몰수이며, m은 0 내지 20이며 n은 1 내지 20이다)으로 나타내는 화합물인 방법.
