Abstract

폴리트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유(PTMT 섬유)의 염색방법이 기재되어 있다. PTMT 섬유는 비점에서 또는 비점 미만에서 1종 이상의 분산 염료를 함유하는 수욕에서 처리된다. 본 발명은 PTMT 섬유가 입력 및 캐리어 없이 염색됨을 특징으로 한다. 염색은 욕 온도 20 내지 50°C에서 시작하고, 온도를 20 내지 90분, 바람직하게는 45분 이내에 욕의 비점 이하로 또는 욕의 비점보다도 20°C를 초과하는 염색온도 이하로 높이고, 염색온도 또는 비점온도에서 20분 이상, 바람직하게는 30 내지 90분 동안 계속 염색한 후, 온도를 20 내지 50°C로, 바람직하게는 분당 1°C의 냉각속도로 낮춰서 욕에 함유된 염료의 95% 이상이 PTMT 섬유 의해 흡수되고 분산염료가 염색되는 섬유의 직경의 5%에 상당하는 상대 깊이 이상으로 섬유를 함침시킨다.

제1도는 폴리트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 합성 동안의 온도 및 압력에서의 변화를 나타내는 예이고,
제2도는 염료 C. I. 디스펄스 블루 139에 대한 폴리트리메틸렌 및 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유용 염색 온도에서의 염료의 흡수에 있어서의 변화이고,
제3도는 염료 C. I. 디스펄스 레드 60에 대한 폴리트리메틸렌 및 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유용 염색 온도에서의 염료의 흡수에 있어서의 변화이고,
제4도는 회색 쉐이드로 나타나는, 염색 온도의 기능으로서 C. I. 디스펄스 블루 139를 사용하여 동일 염색 시간 동안 염색된 PTMT 및 PET 섬유 중합체 샘플이며,
제5도는 회색 쉐이드로 표현되는, 염색 온도의 기능으로서 C. I. 디스펄스 레드 60을 사용하여 동일 염색 시간 동안 염색된 PTMT 및 PET 섬유 중합체 샘플이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 폴리트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PTMT) 섬유의 1종 이상의 분산 염료를 함유하는 수성액의 비점에서 또는 비점 미만에서 수성액 속에서 처리되는 PTMT 섬유의 염색방법에 있어서, PTMT 섬유가 캐리어를 사용하지 않거나 입력을 가하지 않고 염색되고, 20내지 50°C의 액 온도에서 염색되기 시작하며, 온도를 20 내지 90분에 걸쳐, 바람직하게는 45분에 걸쳐 액의 비점으로 또는 액 비점의 최대 20°미만인 염색온도로 상승시키고 20분 이상, 바람직하게는 30 내지 90분 동안 염색온도 또는 비점에서 계속 염색시킨 후, 온도를 20 내지 50°C로, 바람직하게는 분당 1°C의 냉각속도로 낮추어서 용액에 존재하는 염료의 95중량% 이상이 PTMT 섬유에 의해 흡수되고 분산 염료가 염색되는 섬유의 직경에 대하여 5% 이상의 상대 깊이로 섬유에 침투함을 특징으로 하는, PTMT 섬유의 염색방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 염색되는 PTMT 섬유 ㎏당 순수 분산 염료 3.0 내지 7.0g을 함유하는 액이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 분산 염료 함량이 PTMT 섬유 ㎏당 순수 분산 염료 4.5 내지 5.5g을 함유하는 액이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 80내지 110°C, 바람직하게는 90 내지 100°C의 염색온도가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유가 완전히 염색됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 직물 또는 편성물을 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법으로 수득할 수 있는 염색된 PTMT 섬유의 용도.
