Abstract

본 발명은 펌프에의 입력이 끊어진 때, 유로 내의 토출 방향 흐름이 관성을 잃고 정지하는 시점에서 밸브부가 밸브 스트에 거의 안착하도록 밸브부 및 밸브 시트 및 그 주변의 유로 형상을 형성시킨 무수격 역지 밸브 장치에 있어서, 아직 미해결의 기술적 문제점을 발본적으로 해소하고 간결하고도 명쾌한 구조 하에 소정 최대 유량시에 있어서는 밸브 저항 손실이 적고, 급격한 흐름이 상태 변화에도 용이하게 즉응할 수 있어서 밸브 폐쇄 이동의 지연이 없고, 게다가 밸브 안착시에는 밸브시트에 균일하게 밀착하여 수격을 방지하는 합리적인 무수격 역지 밸브 장치를 얻으려는 것이다.
무수격 역지 밸브 장치에 있어서, 밸브부 지지축(6)을 거쳐서 밸브부(4)가 아암부(5)에 소망의 회전 자유도를 갖고 연결되는 동시에, 아암부 지지축(5)을 거쳐서 아암부(5)가 밸브 하우징(1)에 연결되고, 밸브 개방시에 있어서는 밸브부(4)를 밸브부 지지축(6)을 중심으로 하여 회전시키는 부가 작용력에 의해 밸브부 상류측 단부(4a)와 아암부 상류측 단부(5a)가 항상 우선적으로 맞닿은 상태에서 밸브부(4)가 유로 중에 부양 유지되고, 밸브 폐쇄 이동 행정에 있어서는 밸브부 하류측 단부(4b)가 밸브 시트(3)에 우선적으로 맞닿고, 그 후의 밸브 안착 행정에 있어서 밸브부(4)의 전체면이 밸브 시트(3)에 균일하게 밀착하여 역류에 의한 수격을 방지하는 구조로 구성하였다.

Claims (5)

  1. 펌프에의 입력이 끊어진 때, 유로 내의 토출 방향 흐름이 관성을 잃고 정지하는 시점에서, 밸브부(4)가 밸브시트(3)에 거의 안착하도록, 밸브부(4) 및 밸브 시트(3) 및 그 주변의 유로 형상이 형성된 무수격 역지 밸브 장치에 있어서, 밸브부지지축(6)을 거쳐서 밸브부(4)가 아암부(5)에 소망의 회전 자유도를 갖고 연결되는 동시에, 아암부 지지축(7)을 거쳐서 아암부(5)가 밸브 하우징(1)에 연결되고, 밸브 개방시에 있어서의 밸브부(4)를 밸브부 지지축(6)을 중심으로 하여 회전시키는 부가작용력에 의해 밸브부 상류측 단부(4a)와 아암부 상류측 단부(5a)가 항상 우선적으로 맞닿은 상태에서, 밸브부(4)가 유로 중에 부양 유지되고, 밸브 폐쇄 이동 행정에 있어서는 밸브부 하류측 단부(4b)가 밸브 시트(3)에 우선적으로 맞닿고, 그 후의 밸브 안착 행정에 있어서, 밸브부(4)의 전체면이 밸브 시트(3)에 균일하게 밀착하여, 역류에 의한 수격을 방지하는 구조로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 작동식 무수격 역지 밸브 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 밸브 지지축(6)이, 밸브부(4)의 중심보다 하류측에 설치됨으로써, 토출 방향 흐름이 가압력이 밸브부(4)를 밸브부 지지축(6)를 중심으로 하여 밸브부 상류측 단부(4a)와 아암부 상류측 단부(5a)를 맞닿게 하는 방향으로 회전시키는 부가 작용력의 힘의 근원이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 작동식 무수격 역지 밸브 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 밸브부 지지축(6)이 밸브부(4)의 중심보다도 상류측에 설치됨으로써 밸브부(4)의 자중이 밸브부(4)를 밸브부 지지축(6)을 중심으로 하여 밸브부 상류측 단부(4a)와 아암부 상류측 단부(5a)를 맞닿게 하는 방향으로 회전시키는 부가 작용력의 힘의 근원이되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 작동식 무수격 역지 밸브 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 밸브부(4)와 아암부(5) 사이에, 스프링(8)이 개재 설치됨으로써, 스프링력이 밸브부(4)를 밸브부 지지축(6)을 중심으로 하여 밸브부 상류측 단부(4a)와 아암부 상류측 단부(5a)를 맞닿게 하는 방향으로 회전시키는, 부가 작용력의 힘의 근원이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 작동식 무수격 역지 밸브 장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브 안착 행정에 있어서의 밸브부(4)와 아암부(5)의 회전을 제동하기 위한 제동 장치(10)가 부설된 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 작동식 무수격 역지 밸브 장치.
