Abstract
착색된 금속분 안료조성물은 안료입자와 왁스의 혼합물로 처리된 금속 입자를 포함한다. 중합체성 쉘을 유기 금속 커플링제를 사용하여 처리된 금속 입자 위에 형성시킨다. 커플링제는 금속 입자 표면에 결합할 수 있는 쉽게 가수분해되는 그룹과 중합체성 쉘에 대한 결합 부위로서 역할하는 비교적 가수분해되지 않는 그룹을 포함한다.

Claims (12)
- 금속 입자, 왁스속에 분산된 착색된 안료 입자를 포함하며, 금속 입자의 표면 부분에 흡착되는 안료 분산액, 쉽게 가수분해되는 그룹을 통해서 금속 입자의 표면에 결합하는 유기금속 커플링제(커플링제는 중합체성 쉘에 대한 결합 부위로서 작용하는 비교적 가수분해도된지 않는 그룹을 갖는다) 및 중합체성 쉘(shell)을 포함하는, 착색된 금속분 안료 조성물,
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 입자가 알루미늄, 아연, 철, 니켈, 주석, 구리, 은, 황동 또는 청동으로 이루어지는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안료가 아조 레이크 안료, 불용성 아조 안료, 축합된 아조 안료, 프탈로시아닌 안료, 트렌 안료, 인디고 안료, 페리논 안료, 페릴렌 안료, 프탈론 안료, 디옥사진 안료, 퀴나크리돈 안료, 이소인돌리논 안료, 금속 착물 안료, 피롤로-피롤 안료 및 무기 안료로 이루어진 그룹으로 부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항에서, 커틀링제가 실란, 티타네이트 및 지르코네이트로 이루어진 그룹으로 부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 착색된 안료 입자와 왁스를 분산시켜 안료 분산액을 형성시키는 단계, 금속 입자와 안료 분산액을 함께 혼합하고 당해 혼합물을 금속 입자의 표면 부분에 흡착시켜, 처리된 금속 입자를 형성시키는 단계, 유기 금속성 커플링제(유기 금속성 커플링제는 쉽게 가수분해되는 그룹 1개 이상과 비교적 가수분해되지 않는 유기 그룹 1개 이상을 포함하여, 커플링제가 처리된 금속 입자 표면에서의 쉽게 가수분해되는 유기 그룹과의 반응을 통해서 처리된 금속 입자의 표면에 결합하고, 가수분해되지 않는 유기 그룹은 존속하여 처리된 금속입자를 중합체성 쉘에 결합시키는 부위로서 작용한다)를 가하는 단계, 중합 가능한 이중결합을 함유하는 단량체 1개 이상(이들중 적어도 1개는 중합 가능 한 이중결합을 3개 이상 함유한다)과 중합개시제를 가하는 단계 및 단량체 또는 단량체들을 중합시켜 중합체성 쉘을 갖는 처리된 금속입자를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는, 착색된 금속 입자의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 안료 입자와 왁스를 제1 유기 용매에 분산시킨 후에 금속 입자를 분산액과 혼합시키고 제1 유기 용매를 일부 제거하여 페이스트를 형성시키는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 페이스트를 교반하여 왁스와 안료의 혼합물을 금속입자 위에 물리적으로 흡착시킴으로써, 처리된 금속 입자가 형성되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 처리된 금속 입자를 커플링제를 첨가하기 전에 제2의 유기 용매에 분사시키는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 중합 개시제를 단량체와 함계 가하고, 혼합물을 가열하여 중합반응을 개시하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 금속 입자가 알루미늄, 아연, 철, 니켈, 주석, 구리, 은, 황동 또는 청동으로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 안료가 아조 레이크 안료, 불용성 아조 안료, 축합된 아조 안료, 플탈로시아닌 안료, 트렌안료, 인디고 안료, 페리논 안료, 페릴렌 안료, 프탈론 안료, 디옥사진 안료, 퀴나크리돈 안료, 이소인돌리논 안료, 금속 착물 안료, 피롤로-피롤 안료 및 무기 안료로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 커플링제가 실한, 타타네이트 및 지르코네이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
