Abstract
폴리비닐 부타랄과 같은 열가소성 중간층은 서로에 대해 각을 이루도록 배열된, 각각의 면에 형성된 규칙적인 패턴의 탈기 채널들을 가지며, 여기에서, 물결무늬를 형성하지 않기 위해서 교차각도는 적어도 25°, 바람직하게는 90°이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 중간층의 표면 거칠기를 개발하기 위한 엠보싱 시스템의 개요도이고 ; 제2도 및 제3도는 제1도의 A영역을 확대한 본 발명에 따른 중간층의 확대된 크기의 부분적인 단면도이고 ; 제4도는 제1도의 엠보싱 롤의 부분적인 단면도이고 ; 제5도는 제4도의 5-5에 따른 단면도이고 ; 제6도는 제1도의 시스템 일부분의 확대된 크기의 단면도이고 ; 제7도 및 제9도는 물결무늬 패턴의 존재(제7도) 및 부재(제9도)를 개략적으로 예시하는 중간층 표면의 평면도이고 ; 제8도는 제3도의 시이트의 확대된 크기의 부분적인 등축도이다.
Claims (19)
- 각각의 면에 적어도 25° 의 교차각도로 서로에 대해 각을 이루며 배열되어 형성된 규칙적인 패턴의 채널들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 중간층.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 면 상의 채널들은 중간층의 가장자리에 대해 대각선으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중간층.
- 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 면 상의 패널들은 중간층의 가장자리에 대해 대각선으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중간층.
- 제3항에 있어서, 교차각도는 적어도 30° 인 것을 특징으로 하는 중간층.
- 제3항에 있어서, 각각의 면에 형성되어 있는 채널들 사이의 방해받지 않는 실질적인 일부분의 두께를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중간층.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 방해받지 않는 부분은 전체 중간층 두께의 약 70~80%인 것을 특징으로 하는 중간층.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항, 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지는 폴리비닐 부티랄을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중간층.
- 제7항에 있어서, 교차각도는 약 90° 인 것을 특징으로 하는 중간층.
- 중간층의 한쪽 면의 표면에 전체적으로 형성되어 있는, 열(rows)로 이루어진 연속적인 개방 채널들과 ; 중간층의 한쪽 면에 있는 채널들로부터 25° 이상으로 오프셋(offset)된 다른쪽 면의 표면에 전체적으로 형성되어 있는 유사한 패턴의 연속적인 개방 채널들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 중간층.
- 제9항에 있어서, 채널들은 서로 약 100~350 마이크론의 간격으로 위치하는 연속적인 리지들에 의해 경계지워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 중간층.
- 제10항에 있어서, 리지들의 폭은 약 30~70 마이크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 중간층.
- 제11항에 있어서, 채널들은 30° 이상으로 오프셋되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중간층.
- 제9항, 제10항, 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 열가소성수지는 폴리비닐부티랄을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중간층.
- 다음 a)와 b)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐부티랄 중간층 : a) 서로 균일한 간격으로 대각선 패턴으로 배열된 리지들에 의해서 경계지워지고, 중간층의 한쪽 면 표면에 전체적으로 형성되어 있는 다수의 실질적으로 차단되지 않은 평행의 좁은 선형 채널들 ; b) 중간층의 한쪽 면에 있는 채널들과 동일하며 25° 보다 큰 예각으로 한쪽 면에 있는 채널들과 교차하는 다른쪽 면의 표면에 전체적으로 형성되어 있는 채널들.
- 제14항에 있어서, 바로 인접한 리지들은 서로 약 100~350 마이크론 간격으로 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중간층.
- 제15항에 있어서, 리지들의 높이는 약 30~70 마이크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 중간층.
- 중간충의 각각의 면 상에 적어도 25℃의 각도로 서로 교차하는 규칙적인 선형 패턴들을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거친 표면을 갖는 열가소성 중간층에서의 물결무늬 형성방지 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 교차 각도는 적어도 30° 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
