제2도는 본 발명에 있어서의 적층자심의 자성어니일링 후의 박판이 밀착한 부분의 단면개념도.
Claims (7)
- 최대높이 Rmax/㎛이상인 표면거칠기를 갖춘자심용박판이 2㎛~10㎛의 판사이거리를 가지고 적층되고, 이 박판의 거친표면볼록부에 있어서 서로 확산접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층자심.
- 제1항에 있어서, 판사이 거리가 3㎛~6㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층자심.
- 제 1항 내지 제 2 항에 있어서, 서로 확산접합된 적층박판사이에 무수의 간격을 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층자심.
- 자심용박판재의 표면거칠기를, 미리 최대높이 Rmax/㎛이상으로 조정한후, 이 자심용박판재를 유기계 접착제를 개재해서 복수매적층하고, 다음에 이것을 프레스로 따내서 소정형상의 볼록체로하고, 그후 자성화이니일링함과 동시에 상기 유기접착제를 분해 희발시키고, 적층박판서로를 부분적으로 확산접합시키는 것을 특징으로하는 적층자심의 제조벙법.
- 자심용박판재의 표면거칠기를, 미리 최대높이 Rmax/㎛이상으로 조정한후, 이 자심용박판재를 판사이거리 2㎛~10㎛를 두고 유기계 접착제를 개재해서 복수매 적층하고, 다음에 이것을 프레스로 따내서 소정형상의 볼록체로하고, 그후 자성화어니일링함과 동시에 상기 유기접착제를 분산 희발시키고, 적층 박판 서로를 거친 표면볼록부에 있어서 부분적으로 확산접합시키고, 또, 이 박판상호간에 무수의 간격을 잔존시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층자심의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 자심용박판재를 판사이거리 3㎛~6㎛을 두고, 유기계접착제를 개재해서 복수매 적층하는 것을 특징으로하는 적층자심의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항에 있어서, 덜로울을 사용해서 자심용박판재의 표면거칠기를 최고노높이 Rmax/㎛이상으로 하는 것을 특징으로하는 적층자심의 제조방법.※참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
