적층자심 및 적층자심의 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명에 있어서의 적층자심의 자성어니일링전의 적층부의 부분단면 개념도.
제2도는 본 발명에 있어서의 적층자심의 자성어니일링 후의 박판이 밀착한 부분의 단면개념도.

Claims (7)

  1. 최대높이 Rmax/㎛이상인 표면거칠기를 갖춘자심용박판이 2㎛~10㎛의 판사이거리를 가지고 적층되고, 이 박판의 거친표면볼록부에 있어서 서로 확산접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층자심.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 판사이 거리가 3㎛~6㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층자심.
  3. 제 1항 내지 제 2 항에 있어서, 서로 확산접합된 적층박판사이에 무수의 간격을 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층자심.
  4. 자심용박판재의 표면거칠기를, 미리 최대높이 Rmax/㎛이상으로 조정한후, 이 자심용박판재를 유기계 접착제를 개재해서 복수매적층하고, 다음에 이것을 프레스로 따내서 소정형상의 볼록체로하고, 그후 자성화이니일링함과 동시에 상기 유기접착제를 분해 희발시키고, 적층박판서로를 부분적으로 확산접합시키는 것을 특징으로하는 적층자심의 제조벙법.
  5. 자심용박판재의 표면거칠기를, 미리 최대높이 Rmax/㎛이상으로 조정한후, 이 자심용박판재를 판사이거리 2㎛~10㎛를 두고 유기계 접착제를 개재해서 복수매 적층하고, 다음에 이것을 프레스로 따내서 소정형상의 볼록체로하고, 그후 자성화어니일링함과 동시에 상기 유기접착제를 분산 희발시키고, 적층 박판 서로를 거친 표면볼록부에 있어서 부분적으로 확산접합시키고, 또, 이 박판상호간에 무수의 간격을 잔존시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층자심의 제조방법.
  6. 제 4항에 있어서, 자심용박판재를 판사이거리 3㎛~6㎛을 두고, 유기계접착제를 개재해서 복수매 적층하는 것을 특징으로하는 적층자심의 제조방법.
  7. 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항에 있어서, 덜로울을 사용해서 자심용박판재의 표면거칠기를 최고노높이 Rmax/㎛이상으로 하는 것을 특징으로하는 적층자심의 제조방법.
