Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimilento para contexturizar una masa fungosa micelial que tiene turgencia reducida y un contenido de sólidos de entre 20 por ciento y 40 por ciento en peso, que incluye laminar la masa entre dos superficies que se mueven mutuamente para formar un cilíndro alargado, colocar en yuxtaposición por lo menos dos secciones del cilíndro para formar una masa en hileras, repetir la laminación de la masa en hileras para formar un cilíndro alargado adicional, colocar en yuxtaposición por lo menos dos secciones del cilíndro adicional y repetir sucesivamente el procedimiento, terminadndo con un paso de laminación para proporcionar una estructura contexturada.
