Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the titled core having superior magnetic characteristics, wear resistance, etc. efficiently, by laminating core-shaped bodies, obtained by punching a magnetic thin plate of high magentic permeability whose surface is roughened, and by performing magnetic annealing after containing a granular material between layers. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic thin plate 4 of a high-magnetic-permeability material, such as ''Permalloy '' and ''Alperm '', is drawn out of a hoop material 5 and after its surface is made uneven through the corrosion of an automatic continuous corroding machine 7, it is punched by using press devices 10a and 10b to obtain coreshaped bodies 11, which are laminated and welded at necessary points 13 and 14, thus obtaining a core lamination 15. Then, the core lamination 15 is impregnated between layers with a dispersed solution obtained by dispersing inorganic insulator particles, having wear resistance superior to that of a core of ceramic, etc., in an organic solvent, and the solvent is vaporized to make the insulator particles stay between the layers of the lamination 15; and then the core lamination 15 is annealed magnetically to obtain the titled magnetic head core.
