Abstract
PURPOSE:To readily manufacture inexpensively a laminated core having good characteristics by superposing fluidized silicon iron containing specific quantity of silicon with fluidized insulating material to form a sheet blank, laminating the sheet blanks, then cutting the laminated blanks in the prescribed shape and sintering it. CONSTITUTION:Fluidized silicon iron 10 containing 4.5-7.5% of silicon content is flowed by a doctor blade method on a forming carrier 11 to form a sheet 13. Fluidized insulating material 14 is then similarly flowed by a doctor blade method on the sheet 13 to form an insulating layer 15. A plurality of sheets thus formed of the silicon iron and the insulating material are laminated to form a laminate 17, are then cut and formed to form a core of the prescribed shape, and are then sintered at the adequate temperature for the proper time, thereby forming a core 18. In this manner, the core having 4.5-7.5% of silicon core having excellent magnetic characteristics can be readily manufactured.
