Abstract
PURPOSE: To mass-produce magnetic cores of fixed thickness by stacking several thin plates of high permeability with a partially-uneven region, by melting them by pressure-heating into one at the above-mentioned region and then by separating the united body at the above-mentioned molten part to an adequate thickness.
CONSTITUTION: Several thin plates 4 made of a high-permeability substance provided with convex part 6 (partially-uneven region) in a burr shape near flank 5 are stacked and depressed as shown by arrows A and B to increase locally the pressure of a part formed of convex part 6 and adjoining plates coming in contact; and only the pressure-welding part is deposited by heating up to approximate 1000W1200°C to form deposition part 8, thereby obtaining integrated lamination material 9. On base 10, the above lamination material is mounted projecting by fixed thickness (t) [desired track width] and while lamination material 9 is held by depression units 12 and 13 and stop rod 14, press rod 16 is lowered as shown by arrow E to destroy the depostion part positioned on the right end extension of base 10, thereby separating magnetic core 15.
