Abstract
본 발명은 공작기계에 의한 공작물 가공 중에 드릴 등의 칼날기구에 의하여 생성되는 칩으로 공작물을 손상시키지 않고 연속적으로 다른 곳으로 배제할 때에 사용되는 공작기계의 칩기류 제거장치에 관한 것이다. 본 장치는, 회전축(1)에 장착된 칼날기구(7)의 기단측 주위로 포위체(8)를 설치함과 아울러 이 포위체(8)의 칼날기구(7) 선단측으로 칼날기구(7)를 포위시킨 통부재(14)를 출입자재하게 삽입하고, 이 통부재(14)는 칼날기구(7) 선단으로 설치된 개구부(p)를 칼날기구(7) 중심으로 향해서 교착된 형태로 이루어짐과 아울러 스프링(17)에 의하여 칼날기구(7) 선단측으로 밀어내는 상태로 되고, 또한 포위체(8)에는 통부재(14) 안쪽으로부터 공기를 흡인하기 위한 흡인관(9)을 접속시킨 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (5)
- 회전축에 장착된 칼날기구의 기단측 주위에 포위체를 설치함과 아울러 이 포위체의 칼날기구 선단측으로 칼날기구를 포위시킨 통부재를 출입자재하게 삽입하고, 이 통부재는 칼날기구 선단에 설치된 개구부를 칼날기구 중심으로 향해서 교착된 형태로 이루어짐과 아울러, 스프링에 의하여 칼날기구 선단측으로 밀어내는 상태로 되고, 또한 포위체에는 통부재 안쪽으로부터 공기를 흡입하기 위한 흡인관을 접속시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 칩기류 제거장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 칼날기구의 측방향 부위에 통기구멍을 설치하고, 이 통기구멍의 한쪽 끝은 칼날기구의 선단으로 개구시켜, 동일한 구멍의 다른쪽 끝은 포위체 및 통부재로 포위되어 있지 않은 대기측으로 개구시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 칩기류 제거장치.
- 회전축에 장착된 칼날기구의 기단측 주위에 포위체를 설치함과 아울러 이 포위체의 칼날기구 선단측으로 칼날기구를 포위시킨 통부재를 출입자재하게 삽입하고, 이 통부재는 이것의 선단측으로 설치된 개구부를 칼날기구 중심으로 향해서 교착된 형태로 이루어짐과 아울러 스프링에 의하여 칼날기구 선단측으로 밀어내는 상태로 되고, 또한 포위체에는 통부재 안쪽으로부터 공기를 흡입하기 위한 흡인관을 접속시켜, 한쪽에는 칼날기구에 축방향의 통기구멍을 설치하고, 이것의 한쪽 끝을 칼날기구 선단에 개구시켜, 다른쪽 끝을 외부에 압축공기 공급관과 접촉시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 칩기류 제거장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 통기구멍으로 공급되는 압축공기에 안개형상인 윤활재를 혼재시키기 위한 윤활재 공급장치를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 칩기류 제거장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 헤드본체측으로 흡인관을 배치함고 아울러, 칼날기구의 기단측 주위를 포위하는 포위체의 측면부에 상기한 흡인관과 연통하는 흡인로를 설치하고, 이 흡인로는 칼날기구와 함께 헤드본체에 대하여 착탈자재하게 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 칩기류 제거장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
