1. 청구 범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
전류콘트롤 에러를 줄이기 위한 적응 피이드 포워드 장치.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
따라서 본 발명의 목적은 전류 콘트롤 에러(current control error)를 줄이기 위한 적응 피이드 포워드(adaptive feed-forward) 장치를 구현한다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
본 발명에서는, 트랙탐색시 서보제어 감속구간에서 상기 하드디스크 드라이브 서보제어를 위한 전류명령값에 적응적으로 따라가며 선형적인 기울기를 가지는 적응 피이드 포워드값을 제공하는 피이드 포워드부로 구성한다.

전류콘트롤 에러를 줄이기 위한 적응 피이드 포워드 장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 피이드 포워드부를 포함하고 있는 종래의 서보제어장치 블럭 구성도, 제2도는 적응 피이드 포워드부를 포함하고 있는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 서보 제어장치 블럭 구성도, 제4도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 피이드 포워드값을 보여주는 도면.

Claims (3)

  1. 하디 디스크 드라이브에서 서보제어시 전류 콘트롤의 노이즈를 위한 피이드포워드값을 제공하는 피이드 포워드 장치에 있어서, 트랙탐색시 서보제어 감속구간에서 상기 하드디스크 드라이브 서보제어를 위한 전류명령값에 적응적으로 따라가며 선형적인 기울기를 가지는 적응 피이드 포워드값을 제공하는 적응 피이드 포워드부를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 적응피이드 포워드 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적응피이드 포워드 값은 하기와 같은 식이 이용되어 계산됨을 특징으로 하는 적응 피이드 포워드 장치.
    여기서, J : 액츄에이터 관성, KT: 토크계수, Arml: 아암길이, Vmax: 모터 최도속도, Imax : 모터에 공급되는 최대전류, △t : 서보 샘플간격, △V : 속도명령값(n)-속도명령값(n-1)
  3. 하드 디스크 드라이브에서 서보제어시 전류 콘트롤의 노이즈를 줄어주기 위한 피이드포워드값을 제공하는 피이드 포워드 장치에 있어서, 상기 서보제어를 위한 속도명령을 내리는 속도명령부와, 상기 속도명령부의 속도명령 충력에서 현재속도명령값과 이전속도 명령값 간의 속도 크기차를 구하여 출력하는 수단과, 상기 속도크기차를 입력으로 소정 피이드포워드 계산에 의거하여 트랙 탐색시 서보제어 감속구간에서 상기 하드디스크 드라이브 서보제어를 위한 전류명령값에 적응적으로 따라가며 선형적인 기울기를 가지는 적응 피이드 포워드값을 출력하는 피이드 포워드 계산부로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 적응 피이드 포워드 장치.
