Abstract
입자를 함유한 시료 흐름에 연속 광과 단속 광을 조사하여 각각 입자의 특징 파라미터(parameter)의 검출과 입자상의 촬영을 행하는 경우에, 단속 광의 영향으로 인해서 착오된 특징 파라미터가 검출되는 것을 방지한다.
입자를 함유한 시료를 시료 흐름으로 변환시키는 시드 플로우셀과, 상기의 시료 흐름을 연속적인 광(빛)에 의해서 조명하는 제1광원과, 제1광원으로 조명된 입자로부터의 광을 검출하여 입자의 특징을 나타내는 입자신호로 변환시키는 광 검출기와, 상기의 시료 흐름을 순간적인 광(빛)에 의해서 조명하는 제2광원과, 제2광원으로 조명된 입자를 촬영하여 입자상을 얻는 촬영기와, 상기의 입자신호와 입자상을 입자분석용 데이터로 하여 입자분석을 하는 분석부를 구비하고, 그 분석부는 제2광원의 발광시에 얻어진 광검출소자로부터의 입자신호를 입자분석용 데이터로서 불채용하는 금지부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 입자분석장치.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시 형태인 광학 계통의 구성 설명도, 제2도는 제1도의 요부 사시도, 제3도는 실시 형태의 신호 처리 계통 블럭도, 제4도는 스켓터 그램(scatter gram)의 예를 나타내는 설명도, 제5도는 분포 영역 등록용 메모리의 제4도에 대응하는 비트맵(bit map)의 설명도, 제6도는 실시 형태의 신호 처리 계통의 동작을 나타내는 타이밍챠트.
Claims (5)
- 입자를 함유한 시료를 시료 흐름으로 변환시키는 시스 플로우셀(3)과, 상기의 시료 흐름을 연속적인 광(빛)에 의해서 조명하는 제1광원과, 제1광원에 의해서 조명된 입자로부터의 광(빛)을 검출하여 입자의 특징을 나타내는 입자신호로 변환시키는 광 검출소자와, 상기 시료 흐름을 순간적인 광으로 조명하는 제2광원과, 제2광원에 의해 조명된 입자를 촬영하여 입자상을 얻는 촬영기와, 상기 입자신호와 입자상을 입자분석용 데이터로 하여 입자분석을 행하는 분석부를 구비하며, 분석부는 제2광원의 발광시에 얻어진 광검출소자로부터의 입자신호를 입자분석용 데이터로서 불채용으로 하는 금지부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 입자분석장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분석부가, 광검출소자로부터의 입자신호를 미리 A/D변환하기 위한 A/D변환기를 구비하고, 금지부는 A/D변환기의 변환동작을 제2광원의 발광에 대응하여 일시적으로 정지시키는 수단으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자분석장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분석부가, 광검출소자로부터의 입자신호를 미리 A/D전환하기 위한 A/D전환기를 구비하고, 금지부는 A/D변환기의 입자신호의 입력동작을 제2광원의 발광에 대응하여 일시적으로 정지시키는 수단으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자분석장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분석부가, 광검출소자로부터의 입자신호를 미리 A/D변환하기 위한 A/D변환기와 A/D변환된 입자신호를 저장하는 저장부를 구비하며, 금지부는 A/D변환된 입자신호의 저장부로의 저장동작을 제2광원의 발광에 대응하여 일시적으로 정지시키는 수단으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자분석장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분석부가, 광검출소자로부터의 입자신호를 미리 A/D변환하기 위한 A/D변환기와, 제2광원의 발광시에 얻어진 입자신호인지 아닌지를 나타내는 식별자(flag bit)를 A/D변환된 각 입자신호에 부가하는 식별자 부가수단과, A/D변환된 입자신호를 부가한 식별자와 함께 저장하는 저장부를 구비하며, 금지부는 식별자에 기초하여 입자신호를 입자분석용 데이터로서 채용하는 수단으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 입자분석장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
