Abstract

본 발명은 입력 디스크 및 캠 플랜지를 접하여 변환 시 주축의 축방향으로 입력 디스크를 압박하는 캠 롤러들과, 캠 플랜지와 결합되어 상기 캠 폴러를 지지하는 지지 부재와, 지지 부재에 부착된 덮개를 포함하는 무단 변속기용 로딩 캠에 관한 것이다. 덮개는 지지 부재와 협력하여 캠 롤러에 대해 윤활유를 공급하기 위한 통로를 한정한다.

Claims (12)

  1. 변속기의 주축에 대해 서로 대향하도록 배치된 입력 및 출력 디스크와 상기 입력 및 출력 디스크와 마찰 결합된 동력 롤러와 상기 입력 디스크의 후방에 배치된 캠 플랜지가 제공된 무단 변속기용 로딩 캠에 있어서, 상기 입력 디스크 및 캠 플랜지를 접하여 변환 시 주축의 축방향으로 입력 디스크를 압박하는 캠 롤러들과,상기 캠 플랜지와 결합되어 상기 캠 롤러를 지지하는 지지 부재와, 상기 지지 부재에 부착되어 상기 지지 부재와 협력하여 상기 캠 롤러에 대해 윤활유를 공급하기 이한 통로를 한정하는 덮개를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로딩 캠.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지 부재에는 상기 캠 롤러들에 대응하는 채널들이 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로딩 캠.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 채널들은 상기 주축의 축방향으로 형성된 홈들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로딩 캠.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 채널들은 상기 지지 부재를 통해 방사상으로 형성된 구멍들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로딩 캠.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 덮개에는 상기 캠 롤러들에 대응하는 요홈들이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로딩 캠.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 덮개는 상기 지지 부재와 일체로된 것을 특징으로 하는 로딩 캠.
  7. 변속기의 주축에 대해 서로 대향하도록 배치된 입력 및 출력 디스크와; 상기 입력 및 출력 디스크와 마찰 결합된 동력 롤러와; 상기 입력 디스크의 후방에 배치된 캠 플랜지와; 상기 입력 디스크 및 캠 플랜지를 접하여 변환 시 주축의 축방향으로 입력 디스크를 압박하는 캠 롤러들과, 상기 캠 플랜지와 결합되어 상기 캠 롤러를 지지하는 지지 부재와, 상기 지지 부재에 부착되어 상기 지지 부재와 협력하여 상기 캠 롤러에 대해 윤활유를 공급하기 위한 통로를 한정하는 덮개를 포함하는 로딩 캠을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단 변속기.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 지지 부재에는 상기 캠 롤러들에 대응하는 채널들이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단 변속기.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 채널들은 상기 주축의 축방향으로 형성된 홈들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단 변속기.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 채널들은 상기 지지 부재를 통해 방사상으로 형성된 구멍들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로딩 캠.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 덮개에는 상기 캠 롤러들에 대응하는 요홈들이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로딩 캠.
  12. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 덮개는 상기 지지 부재와 일체로된 것을 특징으로 하는 로딩 캠.
