Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 베어링 장치의 수명을 증가시키고 조립시의 제작비와 비용을 줄인, 급회전 로터용의 개선된 베어링 지지배열구조를 제공하는데 있다. 베어링 지지배열구조(10)는 일체식 다자인을 가짐으로써 본 발명에 따라 달성된다. 베어링 지지배열구조(10)는 하우징(2)에 연결된 외부플랜지(11)와, 베어링 또는 베어링(들)(3)을 수용하는 짐발링(12)과 내부 베어링 부쉬(13)를 포함한다. 원주방향 슬로트(16,17)는 각각 짐발링(12)과 외부플랜지(11) 사이 및 짐발링(12)과 베어링 부쉬(13) 사이에 형성된다. 짐발링(12)은 각각의 원주방향 슬로트(14,15)를 방해하는 두개의 내부 및 두개의 외부 웨브(16,17)를 통하여 베어링 부쉬(13)와 외부플랜지(11)에 각각 연결된다. 관형틈새(25)는 베어링 부쉬(13)와 하우징(2) 사이에 형성되어 짐발링(12)에 대하여 축방향으로 편위되어 설치되고, 하나 이상의 중심면(22,23)이 외부플랜지(11)와 하우징(2) 모두에 설치되며, 상기 중심면(22,23)은 서로가 상응하고 베어링/베어링들(3)에 대하여 동심이 되도록 설치된다.

제1도는 베어링 지지배열구조의 영역내의 배출가스 터보과급기를 도시하는 부분종단면도이다, 제2도는 제1도에 상응하는 베어링 지지배열구조를 축소된 형태로 도시하는 정면도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 급회전 로터, 특히 하우징(2) 내에 배열되어 하우징(2)에 대하여 하나 이상의 베어링(3)을 반경방향으로 지지하는 터보과급기 축의 베어링 배열용 베어링 지지부로서, 오일 고급배열(31)에 연결되어 트랩식 오일댐퍼로 사용되는 관형틈새(25)가 상기 하우징(2)과 베어링 지지배열구조(10) 사이에 형성되는 베어링 지지배열구조에 있어서, a) 상기 베어링 지지배열구조(10)는 일체식 디자인을 가지며, b) 상기 베어링 지지배열구조(10)는 상기 하우징(2)에 연결된 외부플랜지(11)와, c) 상기 베어링 도는 베어링들(3)을 수용하는 짐발링(12)과 내부 베어링 부쉬(13)를 포함하고, c)상기 짐발링(12)과 상기 외부플랜지(11) 사이 및 상기 짐발링(12)과 상기 베어링 부쉬(13) 사이에 원주방향 슬로트(14, 15)가 각각 형성되고, d) 상기 짐발링(12)은 각각의 원주방향 슬로트(14,15)를 망해하는 두개의 내부 및 외부 웨브(16, 17)를 통하여 상기 베어링 부쉬(13)와 상기 외부플랜지(11) 각각에 연결되고, e) 상기 관형틈새(25)는 상기 베어링 부쉬(13)와 상기 하우징(2) 사이에 형성되어 상기 짐발링(12)에 대하여 축방향으로 편위 설치되고, f) 각각의 경우에 하나 이상의 중심면(22,23)이 상기 외부플랜지(11)와 상기 하우징(2) 모두에 설치되고, 상기 중심면(22, 23)은 서로가 상응하고 상기 베어링/베어링들(3)에 대하여 동심이 되도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 지지배열구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부 웨브(16)는 서로에 대하여 180°로 편위되어 설치되고, 상기 외부 웨브(17)는 상기 내부 웨브(16)에 대하여 각각 90°로 편위되어 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 지지배열구조.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 베어링 부쉬(13)는 상기 짐발링(12)과 상기 외부플랜지(11)에 각각 연결된 제1부쉬부(26)와, 상기 제1부쉬부(26)에 대하여 축방향으로 신장되는 제2부쉬부(27)를 포함하고, 상기 제2부쉬부(27)와 상기 하우징(2) 사이에 상기 관형틈새(25)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 지지배열구조.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 짐발링(12)은 그 전체 원주에 걸쳐서 균일한 두께로 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 지지배열구조.
  5. 제3항에 있어서 상기 짐발링(12)은 상기 웨브(16,17)의 영역에서 반경방향으로 두께는 갖는 디자인인 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 지지배열구조.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 베어링/베어링들(3)은 상기 짐발링(12) 아래에서 반경방향으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 지지배열구조.
  7. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 베어링/베어링들(3)은 상기 트랩식 오일댐퍼(25) 아래에서 반경방향으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 지지배열구조.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 관형틈새(25)용의 상기 오일공급배열구조 (31)는 상기 하우징(2)에 설치되고, 압력하의 오일용 연결부(28), 연결구멍(29) 및 관형통로(30)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 지지배열구조.
  9. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 관형틈새(25)용의 상기 오일공급배열구조 (31)는 압력하의 오일용 연결부(28), 연결구멍(29) 및 관형통로(30)를 포함하고, 상기 압력하의 오일용 연결부(28)는 상기 외부플랜지(11)에 설치되고 상기 연결구멍(29)과 상기 관형통로(30)는 상기 하우징(2) 내에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 지지배열구조.
  10. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 외부플랜지(11)는 용이하게 이탈 가능한 방식으로 상기 하우징에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 지지배역구조.
