Abstract

본 발명은 스위치조작에 의해서 주차브레이크가 작동되도록 하는 주차브레이크겸용 브레이크 장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 우전석의 소정위치에 설치되는 주차브레이크스위치(S1)와, 정차시 로우레벨의 신호를 출력하며, 주행시 하이레벨의 신호를 출력하는 정차판별수단(10)과, 상기 주차브레이크스위치(S1) 및 정차판별수단(10)의 후단의 접속되어 주차 브레이크조 여부의 판별에 따라 구동전류를 출력하는 콘트롤러(20)와, 상기 콘트롤러(20)의 출력단에 접속되며 전후이동되는 구동축(31)을 갖는 액츄에이터(30)와, 상기 액츄에이터(30)의 구동축(31)에 피스톤(41)이 결합되어 유압을 발생하는 보조실린더(40)와, 상기 보조실린더(40)와 연결되며 훗브레이크페달의 조작력에 의해서 유압을 발생하는 마스터실린더(50)와, 상기 마스터실린더(50)와 상기 보조실린더(40)에 오일을 공급하는 오일탱크(60)와, 상기 콘트롤러(20)의 출력단에 접속되며, 상기 마스터실린더(50)의 후단과 상기 보조실린더(40)의 후단이 연결되는 위치에 설치되고, 두가지 유로방향을 구비하여 상기 콘트롤러(20)의 출력신호에 따라 유로방향을 절환하는 방향전환밸브(80)와, 상기 방향전환밸브(80)의 후단에 연결되어 상기 마스터 실린더(50)또는 상기 보조실린더(40)에서 전달된 유압에 의해 차륜을 제동하는 휠실린더(90)로 구성된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 운전석의 소정위치에 설치되는 주차브레이크 스위치(S1)와, 정차시 로우레벨의 신호를 출력하며, 주행시 하이레벨의 신호를 출력하는 정차판별수단910)과, 상기 주차브레이크스위치(S1)및 정차판별수단(10)의 후단에 접속되어 주차브레이크 조작여부의 판별에 따라 구동전류를 출력하는 콘크롤러(20)와, 상기 콘트롤러(20)의 출력단에 접속되며 전후이동되는 구동축(31)을 갖는 액츄에이터(30)와, 상기 액츄에이터(30)의 구동축(31)에 피스톤(41)이 결합되어 유압을 발생하는 보조실린더(40)와, 상기 보조실린더(40)와 연결되며 훗브레이크페달의 조작력에 의해서 유압을 발생하는 마스터실린더(50)와, 상기 마스터실린더(50)와 상기 보조실린더(40)에 오일을 공급하는 오일탱크(60)와, 상기 콘트롤러(20)의 출력단에 접속되며, 상기 마스터실린더(50)의 후단과 상기 보조실린더(40)의 후단이 연결되는 위치에 설치되고, 두가지 유로방향을 구비하여 상기 콘트롤러(20)의 출력신호에 따라 유로방향을 절환하는 방향전환밸브(80)와, 상기 방향전환밸브(80)의 후단에 연결되어 상기 마스터실린더(50) 또는 상기 보조실린더(40)에서 전달된 유압에 의해 차륜을 제동하는 휠 실린더(90)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 주차 브레이크 겸용 브레이크 장치.
