주행성 및 내스크래치성에 우수하고, 자기기록매체로 했을 때의S/N비가 양호한 필름을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
방향족 폴리아미드 및/또는 방향족 폴리아미드를 주성분으로 하고, 그 성분중에 입자를 함유시킨 필름으로서, 그 필름의 적어도 한면에 있어서, 입자농도가 최초로 극대치를 표시하는 깊이를 damx, dmax보다 깊게 필름표면으로부터 1㎛까지의 범위에 있어서의 입자농도가 최소치 또는 극소치를 표시하는 깊이를 dmin, dmax보다 깊게 입자농도 분포곡선의 1차 미분치가 부수의 변곡점을 표시하는 깊이를 d,각 깊이에 있어서의 입자농도를 p(d)로 했을 때, 식,
(1) 10nm≤dmax≤300nm
(2) 3≤p(dmx)/p(dmin)≤100 또는,
(3) 10nm≤dmax≤300nm
(4) 3≤p(dmx)/p(d)≤100
(5) p(dmax)/p(dmin)100

Claims (11)

  1. 방향족 폴리아미드 및/또는 방향족 폴리아미드를 주성분으로 하고, 그 성분중에 입자를 함유시킨 필름으로서, 그 필름의 적오도 한면에 있어서, 입자농도가 최초로 극대치를 표시하는 깊이를 damx, dmax보다 깊게 필름표면으로부터 1㎛까지의 범위에 있어성의 입자농도가 최소치 또는 극소치를 표시하는 깊이를 dmin, 각 깊이에 있어서의 입자농도를 p(d)로 했을 때. 식,
    를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 폴리아미드 및/또는 방향족 폴리아미드 필름.
  2. 방향족 폴리아미드 및/또는 방향족 폴리아미드를 주성분으로 하고, 그 성분중에 입자를 함유시킨 필름으로서, 그 필름의 적어도 한면에 있어서, 입자농도가 최초로 극대치를 표시하는 깊이를 damx, dmax보다 깊게 필름표면으로부터 1㎛까지의 범위에 있어서의 입자농도가 최소치 또는 극소치를 표시하는 깊이를 dmin, dmax보다 깊게 입자농도 분포곡선의 1차 미분값이 부수의 변곡점을 표시하는 깊이를 d(단, d는 p(d)가 p(dax)의 4/5로 되는 깊이로부터 dmin 사이에서만 정의된다), 각 깊이에 있어서의 입자농도를 p(d)로 했을 때, 식,
    를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 폴리아미드 및/또는 방향족 폴리아미드 필름.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 필름속에 함유되는 입자의 필름속에서의 평균입경이 5nm로부터 500nm의 범위에 있고, 또한, 입자의 입경분포의 상대표준편차가 0.7 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 폴리아미드 및/또는 방향족 폴리아미드 필름.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 1항에 있어서, (1)식 및 (2)식, 또는 (3)식에서 (5)식을 만족시킨 면의 뒷면에 있어서 입자농도가 최초로 극대치를 표시하는 깊이를 Dmax로 했을 때(단, Dmax가 (1)식 및 (2)식, 또는 (3)식에서 (5)식을 만족시킬 때는,
    를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 폴리아미드 및/또는 방향족 폴리아미드 필름.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 1항에 있어서, 필름의 (1)식 및 (2)식, 또는 (3)식에서 (5)식을 만족시키는 적어도 한면에 형성된 표면돌기의 평균높이(h), 돌기높이의 분포를 상대표준편차(0/h) 및 평균돌기높이(h)의1/3이하의 높이의 돌기개수의 전돌기수로 점유하는 비율이(P1/3), 아래식,
    를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 폴리아미드 및/또는 방향족 폴리아미드 필름.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 1항에 있어서, 필름의 (1)식 및 (2)식, 또는 (3)식에서 (5)식을 만족시키는 적어도 한면에 있어서, dmax로부터 필름 표면보다 1㎛까지의 두께의 범위에 있어서 입자농도의 극소치를 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 폴리아미드 및/또는 방향족 폴리아미드 필름.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 1항에 있어서, 필름의 두께가 6.5㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 폴리아미드 및/또는 방향족 폴리아미드 필름.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 1항에 있어서, 이 필름이 단층구성으로 되어 있는 지 실질적으로 단층구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 폴리아미드 및/또는 방향족 폴리아미드 필름.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 1항에 있어서, (1)식 및 (2)식, 또는 (3)식에서 (5)식을 만족시키는 적어도 한면에 자성층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 1항에 있어서, (1)식 및 (2)식, 또는 (3)식에서 (5)식을 만족시키는 면의 반대편에 자성층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
  11. 제9항 혹은 제10항에 있어서, 폭이 2.3으로부터 13.0mm, 필름의 두께가 6.5㎛ 이하, 길이가 100m/감기 이상, 자기기록매체로서의 기록밀도가 8길로바이트(㎟ 이상인 자기테이프인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
