Abstract

3층 이상으로 된 자기 기록매체용 적층 폴리에스테르 필름에 있어서, 상하층 각각이 8이상의 모오스 경도와 0.005 내지 0.5μm의 평균 입도를 갖는 무기 입자를 포함하고, 무기 입자의 함량이 각 층의 폴리에스테르 중량을 기준하여 0.25 내지 5중량%이고 중간층을 포함한 모든 층의 폴리에스테르 총량을 기준하여 0.20중량%이하이며, 또 상하층 노출 표면이 특정 조건을 만족하는 마찰계수 및 표면 조도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록 매체용 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.

Claims (5)

  1. 3층 이상으로 된 자기 기록매체용 적층 폴리에스테르 필름에 있어서, 상하층 각각이 8이상의 모오스 경도와 0.005 내지 0.5㎛의 평균 입도를 갖는 무기 입자를 포함하고, 무기 입자의 함량이 각 층의 폴리에스테르 중량을 기준하여 0.25 내지 5중량%이고 중간층을 포함한 모든 층의 폴리에스테르 총량을 기준하여 0.10중량%이하이며, 또 상하층 노출 표면 이 하기 식(1) 내지 (3)을 만족하는 마찰계 수(μd) 및 표면조도(Ra)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록 매체용 적층 폴리에스테르 필름: (1) |μdA-μdB≤0.100 (2) (RaA+RaB)/2≤0.030 (3)|RaA+RaB|≤0.010 상기식에서, μdA및 μdB는 각각 상하층 노즐 표면이 마찰계수이고, 또 RaA및 RaB는 각각 상하층 표면조도(μm) 이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 식(1)에 의해 정의된 마찰계수 차가 0.07이하인 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 식(2)에 의해 정의된 상하층의 평균 표면조도가 0.027㎛이하인 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서. 식(3)에 의해 정의된 표면조도차가 0.003μm인 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 무기 입자의 평균 입도가 0.005 내지 0.3㎛인 적층 폴리에스테르 필름.
