Abstract

본 발명은 사출성형기로부터 성형제품을 취출하여 이를 수평 및 수직방향으로 이송토록 하는 자동 취출장치에 있어서, 성형제품을 취출하는 제품 취출축(Z축)의 스트로크를 용이하게 조정할 수 있도록 한 자동취출장치의 Z축 스트로크 조정 장치에 관한 것으로 그 목적은, 자동 취출장치의 Z축 이송 베이스부(31)의 상측으로 구동모터(32)가 설치되며, 상기 구동모터(32)의 하측에는 커플링(33)을 개재하여 볼스크류(34)가 하향 입설토록 되고, 상기 볼스크류(34)의 하측 측상에는 양측으로 표시계(35) 및 감지 센서(36)가 각각 설치되는 지지 브라켓트(37)(37')가 연설되는 스크류 너트(38)가 결합되어 일체로 승하강토록 설치되며, 상기 Z축 이송 베이스부(31)의 일측면에는 스케일(39)이 형성되어 상기 스크류 너트(38)와 일체로 감지 센서(36)를 승하강토록하여 Z축 스트로크를 저정토록 하는 것을 요지로 한단.
이에 따라서, 자동취출 장치의 Z축 하강에 본 스트로크를 모터의 구동에 의해 자동적으로 조절토록 함은 물론, 금형의 변경에 따른 Z축의 하강 높이조정작업이 손쉽고 용이하게 이루어지게 되며, 스케일 및 표시계를 통해 Z축 스트로크의 변화량을 육안으로 확인할 수 있게 되고, 이에 따라 작업성 및 생산성이 향상되고, 특히 Z축의 스크로크 조정작업을 정밀하게 수행할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 자동 취출장치의 Z축 이송 베이스부(31)의 상측으로 구동모터(32)가 설치되며, 상기 구동모터(32)의 하측에는 커플링(33)을 개재하여 볼스크류(34)가 하향 입설토록 되고, 상기 볼스크류(34)의 하측 축상에는 양측으로 표시계(35) 및 감지 센서(36)가 각각 설치되는 지지 브라켓트(37)(37')가 연설되는 스크류 너트(38)가 결합되어 일체로 승하강토록 설치되며, 상기 Z축 이송 베이스부(31)의 일측면에는 스케일(39)이 형성되어 상기 스크류 너트(38)와 일체로 감지 센서(36)를 승하강토록 하여 Z축 스트로크를 조정토록 설치되는 구성으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동취출장치의 제품 취출축 스트로크 조정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지 브라켓트(37)(37')의 양측에 각각 설치되는 표시계(35)와 감지 센서(36)는, 상기 지지 브라켓트(37)(37') 상에 상호 동일한 높이로 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 자동취출장치의 제품 취출축 스트로크 조정장치.
