Abstract

조산아용 인큐베이터가 조산아를 지지하기 위한 베이스(3), 보육실(9)을 주위로부터 격리시키도록 베이스(3)에 착설된 후드(7), 보육실을 통하여 내부공기를 순환시키는 팬을 갖는 제1통로(19), 가열공기를 얻기 위하여 제1통로에 배치된 제1히터(47), 제1통로(19)로부터 분리되고 물을 저장하며 하류측에서 셔터격벽(53)을 통하여 제1통로 (19)에 조합된 분리형 가습용기(15)를 갖는 제2통로(21), 가습용기(15)를 가열하기 위한 제2히터(37), 보육실내의 온도를 측정하기 위한 제2온도감지기(39)로 구성되고, 제1온도감지기(57)에 의한 보육실온 도와 수온에 기초하여 제2히터(37)를 제어하기 위한 수단(55)이 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 한다.
또한 셔터격벽(53)이 현재수온을 조사표의 사전에 결정된 수온이 되도록 제어해주는 제2히터(37)에 관련하여 사전에 결정된 양만큼 이동토록 제어되고, 용기온도가 점진적으로 사전에 결정된 용기온도에 근접하게 될 때에 혼합비가 디폴트비율(default ratio)로 복귀됨을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 조산아를 지지하기 위한 베이스, 주위로부터 격리되는 보육실을 제공토록 베이스에 착설된 후드, 보육실을 통하여 내부공기를 순환시키는 팬을 갖는 제1통로, 가열공기를 제공하는 상기 제1통로에 배치된 제1히터, 상기 제1히터의 하류측에서 상기 제1통로로부터 분기되고 물을 저장하며 셔터격벽을 통하여 하류측에서 제1통로에 조합되는 분리형 가습용기를 갖는 제2통로, 가습용기를 가열하기 위한 제2히터, 보육실내의 온도를 측정하기 위한 제1온도감지기, 가습용기의 수온을 측정하기 위한 제2온도감지기와, 제1온도감지기에 의한 보육실 온도와 수온에 기초하여 제2히터를 제어하기 위한 제어수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 조산아용 인큐베이터.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 가습용기가 제2공기통로의 사전에 결정된 위치에 착설될 때에 제2히터가 작동됨을 특징으로 하는 조산아용 인큐베이터.
  3. 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 가습용기는 그 저수부에 내열 또는 발수성 피막으로 피복됨을 특징으로 하는 조산아용 인큐베이터.
  4. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 셔텨격벽이 현재의 수온을 조사표의 미리 정해놓은 수온이 되도록 제어하는 제2히터에 연관되어 미리 정해놓은 양만큼 이동되도록 제어되고, 용기온도가 사전에 결정된 용기온도에 점진적으로 근접하게 될 때에 혼합비가 디폴트비율(default ratio)로 복귀됨을 특징으로 하는 조산아용 인큐베이터.
