Abstract

본 발명은 광누출에 의한 전기용량의 저하를 박는 동시에 화소전극이러 부식에 의한 반사율의 저하를 방지하느 ㄴ수단을 구비한 약정표시소사 및 그것을 사용한 약정표시장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한 것으로서, 그 구성에 있어서 약정충과, 서로 분리된 복수의 반사화소전극과, 복수이러 반사화소전극을 개재해서 액정충에 구동전압을 인가하는 액티브매트릭스소자와, 반사화소전극에 대향하는 투명전극을 형성된 대향투명기판을 포함한 액정표시소자에 있어서, 반사화소전극과 액정충과의 사이에 단층의 유전체막을 가진 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 액정표시소자의 일실시예의 구조를 표시한 단면도.

Claims (7)

  1. 액정충과, 서로 분리된 복수의 반사화소전극과, 상기 복수의 반사화소전극을 개재해서 상기 액정층에 구동전압을 인가하는 액티브매트릭스소자와, 상기 반사화소전극에 대향하는 투명전극이 형성된 애향투명기판을 포함한 액정표시소자에 있어서 상기 반사화소전극과 액정층과의 사이에 단층의 유전체막을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액정층 및 상기 유전체막을 적층한 반사화소전극의 반사스펙트럼과 비시감도 곡산과의 양자의 파장마다의 곱을 구하고, 상기 액정표시소자에서의 입사광의 파장영역전역에 걸쳐서 적분해서 백색광의 반사율을 구하고, 상기 유전체막의 막두께를 변화시켜 상기 백색광의 반사율의 유전체막두께 의존성을 구하고, 상기 유전체막의 막두께를 상기 백색광의 반사율을 극대로 하는 막두께로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유전체막의 막두께가, 막두께를 1으로부터 증대시켰을때의 상기 백색광이러 반사율의제1극대에 상당하는 막두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유전체막이 진화실리콘막이고, 상기 질화실리콘막의 막두께가 80nm 내지170nm의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유전체막이 진화실리콘막이고, 상기 질화실리콘막의 막두께가 125nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
  6. 백색광을 발생하는 광원과, 상기 백색광을 적, 녹, 청이러 3원색으로 분리하는 색분리소자와, 상기 백색광의 반사율을 극대로 하는 막두께의 단층의 유전체막을 반사화소전극과 액정층과의 사이에 구비하고 분리된 각 원색광을 각각 광변조해서 화상정보를 부여하는 복수의 액정표시소자와, 변조된 광을 스크린에 투사하는 투사렌즈계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  7. 백색광을 발생하는 광원과, 상기 백색광을 적, 녹, 청이러 3원색으로 분리하는 색분리소자와, 각 원색광의 발사율을 극대로 하는 막두께의 단층의 유전체막을 반사화소전극과액정층과의 사이에 구비하고 분리된 각 원색광을 가 각 광변조해서 화상정보를 부여하는 복수의 액정표시소자와, 변조된 광을 스크린 투사하는 투사렌즈계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
