Abstract
왕복피스톤 내연기관의 연소체임버내로 연료를 분사하는 방법 및 관한 것으로서, 연료분사는 각 하나의 분사주기동안 복수 횟수 완전히 중단 및 재개되고, 이 방식으로 연료량의 일부가 복수 횟수 연속하여 분사되어 분사주기당 공급되는 총 연료량이 분사된다. 이 방법은 특히 저속의 자체점화 왕복피스톤 내연기관에 적합하다.

Claims (10)
- 왕복피스톤 내연기관의 연소체임버내로의 연료분사방법에 있어서, 연료분사는 각 하나의 분사주기동안 복수 횟수 완전히 중단 및 재개되고, 이 방식으로 연료량의 일부가 복수 횟수 연속하여 분사되어 분사주기당 공급되는 총 연료량이 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 연료분사는 분사주기동안 펄스폭변조(PWM) 및/또는 펄스 진폭변조(PAM)에 따라서 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사방법.
- 청구항 1또는 2에 있어서, 왕복피스톤 내연기관의 크랭크샤프트(53)의 회전각 ω은 제어장치(50)로 측정되고, 제어장치(50)는 각 하나의 분사주기동안 분사될 연료량이 크랭크샤프트각 ω의 함수로서 미리 설정될 수 있도록 분사장치(40a, 40b)를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 분사된 연료량은 대략 선형으로 증가하는 열발생이 크랭크샤프트각 ω의 함수로서 연소주기동안 연소체임버내에 일어나도록 크랭크샤프트 각 ω에 따르는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사방법.
- 청구항 1~4중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연료는 하나의 분사주기동안 최소한 3회 연속으로 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사방법.
- 청구항 1~5중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분사될 연료의 50%는 총 분사기간의 처음 66% 동안에 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사방법.
- 청구항 1~6중 어느 한 항에 의한 방법을 실행하는 장치로서, 제어장치(50)와, 제어라인(41a,41b,46a,46b)을 통하여 제어장치(50)에 연결된 최소한 하나의 분사장치(40a,40b)에 연결된 연료공급라인(47a,47b)과, 분사장치(40a,40b)로부터 분사노즐(1a,1b)로 이루어지는 라인(9a,9b)과로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사방장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 크랭크샤프트(53)의 회전각 ω을 측정하는 센서(52)로 이루어지고, 상기 센서(52)는 신호라인(50b)을 통하여 제어장치(50)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사장치.
- 청구항 8에 잇어서, 연소체임버(43)내의 온도를 측정하는 온도센서(60)로 이루어지고, 이 온도센서(60)는 신호라인(50c)을 통하여 제어장치(50)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사장치.
- 청구한 1~6 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 동작하거나 또는 청구항 7~9 중 어느 한 항에 따른 장치를 가지는 디젤엔진.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
