Abstract

본 발명은 연료의 비주입시 차단상태를 유지하고, 연료주입시는 부압에 의해 개방되도록 하여 증발가스를 원활하게 캐니스터로 유입시키는 차량용 연료탱크의 벤트 밸브에 관한 것으로, 연료탱크(10)의 일측에 가이드파이프(20)를 설치하고, 가이드 파이프(20)의 하부에 유입공(21)을 형성하며, 또한 가이드 파이프(20)의 하부에 스틸 보올(30)을 내장하되, 스틸 보올(30)의 상방에 rkdelm 플랜지(40)를 설치하고, 가이드 플랜지(40)의 상부에 플로오트(50)를 스프링(60)으로 탄력, 설치하며, 플로오트(50)에 의해 개폐되도록 가이드 파이프(20)의 중간부 둘레에 다수의 통공(22)을 형성하고, 가이드 파이프(20)의 상방에 캡(70)을 설치하며, 아울러 캡(70)의 하부에 밸브 하우징(80)이 다이어프램(90)으로 연결, 설치함과 동시에 캡(70)과 밸브 하우징(80) 사이에는 스프링(100)을 탄력적으로 개재, 설치하여 벤트 밸브(110)를 형성하고, 또 연료탱크(10)의 일측에 연료주입 파이프(120)를 설치하고, 벤트 밸브(110)에 캐니스터(130)를 연결한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 연료탱크의 상부 일측에 설치되고 캡이 밀폐, 설치된 가이드파이프; 가이드 파이프의 하방에 다이어프램으로 연결되고 연료주입시 부압에 의해 개방되어 연료증발가스를 캐니스터로 유도하는 밸브 하우징; 캡 및 밸브 하우징 사이에 설치된 스프링이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 연료탱크의 벤트 밸브
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가이드 파이프의 하단에 형성된 유입공; 가이드 파이프의 하부에 설치된 스틸 보올; 차량의 전복시 하강하여 가이드 파이프를 차단하도록 가이드 파이프의 하부에 스프링으로 탄력, 설치된 플로오트가구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 연료탱크의 벤트 밸브
