Claims (11)

  1. 액체연료탱크, 동력부하 연료펌프, 및 차량기관에 송출되는 연료의 압력과 양을 제한하는 압력조절기를 구비한 자동차용 연료시스템에 있어서, 압력조절기로부터 복귀되는 복귀연료를 받아들이기 위해 연료탱크의 밑바닥에 베이스를 구비하고 있는 저장용기 원통, 상기 원통의 밑바닥과 연료탱크의 밑바닥 부근에 입구를 구비한상기 원통안에 결합되는 펌프, 상기 원통안에 복귀연료를 수용하는 장치, 상기 펌프의 입구에 연료를 유입시키기 위하여 상기 장치를 개방하는 밸브, 및 상기 원통의 베이스에 액체 연료가 없을 경우 이에 반응하여 상기 밸브를 개방하는 장치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브를 개방하는 상기 장치는 공기나 물의 유통을 막기 위하여 액체연료의 모세관 작용에 의해 밀폐되는 미세하고 조밀한 간격의 다수의 구멍을 가진 재료로 된 1매의 막으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 복귀 연료를 상기 원통안에 수용하는 상기 장치는 상기 펌프 입구가 설치되는 구멍을 구비하고 있는 원통의 밑바닥 위에 있는 격벽과 상기 밸브와 상호작용하는 밸브구멍으로 구성되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 연료 시스템.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 막은 상기 펌프 입구 아래에 상기 원통의 밑바닥을 밀폐하고 있는 연료 필터판으로 구성되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 연료 시스템.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 밸브 시이트는 상기 격벽의 상기 밸브 구멍에 구비되며 상기 밸브는 상기 시이트에 대하여 가압되어 상기 원통안에 연료가 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 시스템.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 밸브는 상기 격벽에 피벗지지된 레버의 한 쪽 끝에 설치되며, 스프링 부재는 상기 레버의 다른 한쪽 끝에 작용하여 상기 밸브를 상기 시이트에 대하여 가압하여 밀폐위치가 되게하며, 상기 레버의 다른 한쪽 끝을 막에 연결하는 장치가 있으며 이것에 의해 상기 막의 움직임에 따라 상기 밸브가 개방되어 상기 원통안의 연료가 상기 펌프 입구로 유입될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 시스템.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 막은 필터 재료로 형성되어 연료가 그 표면의 상하로 상기 필터 재료를 둘러 쌀때 상기 펌프로 들어가는 연료에 대하여 필터로서 역활을 하며 상기 필터 재료는 상기 펌프 입구안의 감압된 압력에 반응하여 움직이며 이 필터 아래에 연료가 없는 경우에는 상기 스프링 부재의 가압에 대하여 상기 레버를 움직여서 상기 밸브를 개방하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 시스템.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원통은 상기 연료 탱크안의 연료와 연통되어 있는 수직관을 구비하고 있으며 상기 관과 결합된 전극이 전기반응 시스템과 연결되어 상기 연료탱크 안의 연료 수준을 지시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 시스템.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 연료 감지기 탑은 상기 원통의 측벽 안에 상기 탱크의 밑바닥 부근의 점으로부터 상기 탱크의 꼭대기 부근의 점까지 뻗어 형성되어 있으며, 상기 탑의 베이스에 있는 연료구멍은 연료를 상기 탱크로 부터 상기 탑으로 유입시킬 수 있으며, 또한 일정한 간격으로 떨어져 있는 기다란 감지기 부재는 상기 탑안에 위치하여 상기 탱크안의 연료수위를 지시하기 위하여 전기 감지기 회로와 결합하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 시스템.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 탑은 그 외부벽에 수직구멍을 구비하고 있으며 상기 감지기 부재중의 하나는 상기 구멍을 밀폐하여 밑바닥에서 상기 탱크안의 연료와 통하는 밀폐된 연료 탑을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 시스템.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 연료 감지기 탑은 상기 저장용기 원통의 만수준 위로 뻗어 있으므로 상기 원통의 꼭대기 위로 넘쳐 흐르는 연료가 상기 탑으로 흘러들어가지 않는것을 특징으로 하는 연료 시스템.
