Claims (10)
- 물저장기나 탱크 주입파이프(16)에 연결적용되는 주입구(26)을 가지고 폐쇄된 쳄버(54)를 한정하는 밸브 하우징(20,22), 주위에 밸브시트(30)을 가지는 쳄버의 배출구(28), 배출구를 통과하며 쳄버(24) 내에 위치한 밸브 헤드(36)과 한끝에 플로우트(54)를 가지며 피보트식으로 장착된 레버(38)을 가지는 밸브부재(34), 액체가 배출구(28)를 거쳐 쳄버로부터 흐르게 허용하는 특정수준이하로 물저장기 또는 탱크(10) 내의 물이나 다른 액체가 내려가면 시트(30)로부터 헤드(36)이 상승하게 레버(38)을 밸브부재(34)에 연결하는 수단으로 구성되는 풀로우트 밸브에 있어서, 배출구(28)을 통과하는 통로를 따라 일체적으로 피보트운동을 하게 밸브부재(34)가 레버에 직접 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 풀로우트 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서 밸브헤드(36)가 레버(38)와 함께 일체적으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 풀로우트밸브.
- 제 2항에 있어서 레버(38)와 밸브부재(34)가 플라스틱물질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 풀로우트밸브.
- 제 3항에 있어서 밸브시트(30)와 밸브 헤드(36)이 협동적 원추 형상이며 밸브 헤드가 오목하여 그 내부가 폐쇄된 쳄버(24) 내의 유체압을 받아서 밸브 헤드를 밸브 시트에 대해 더욱 견고하게 미는 것을 특징으로 하는 풀로우트밸브.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서 폐쇄된 쳄버(24)가 주입구(16)으로부터 하향으로 경사져 있고 배출구(28)축은 물 저장기 또는 탱크의 인접벽을 향해 하향으로 경사져 있고 밸브 헤드(36)도 협동하는 방식으로 경사져서 주입구(16)을 통해 흘러 들어오는 유체가, 플로우트가 레버를 밸브를 거의 폐쇄시키는 위치까지 피보트운동을 시켜 쳄버(24) 내의 유체압이 밸브 헤드(36)을 시트(30)쪽으로 밀기까지, 개방위치에 밸브를 견고히 유지하도록 밸브 헤드(36)의 인접한 쪽에 대해 흐르는 것을 특징으로 하는 플로우트 밸브.
- 하우징은 대락 첸넬형상부재(20)을 개의 포함하는 두 개의 부분으로 형성되고, 첸넬웨브내에 형성된 배출구(30)와 첸넬아암의 자유단사이의 간격을 폐쇄밀봉 하는 카바(22)를 가지며, 카바는 제거 및 밸브 조립시에 밸브부재로부터 레버의 끝이 떨어지도록 허용하여 밸브 헤드가 배출구에 인접한 쳄버내에 밸브 헤드가 위치할때까지 쳄버와 배출구를 지나게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플로우트밸브.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 하나에 있어서 밸브 폐쇄시 쳄버(24) 내부에 밸브시트(30)일부를 연결하는 블라드통로(58)을 하우징에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 플로우트 밸브.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항중 어느 하나에 있어서 플로우트(54)가 밸브 개방이 용이하게 플로우트의 바람직한 무게를 제공하도록 부분적으로 채울 수 있는 용기형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 플로우트 밸브.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항중 어느 하나에 있어서 레버를 따라 플로우트 위치를 조절하게 수단(46,48)이 설치 된 것을 특징으로 하는 플로우트 밸브.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항중 어느 하나에 있어서 조정될 레버에 대해 상대적으로 플로우트의 수직위치를 허용하도록 수단(50,52)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 플로우트 밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임
