Abstract
본 발명은 무단변속기의 드라이브 페이스 및 드리븐 페이스를 1개의 압력조절 캠 기구에 의해 힘을 가함과 동시에 압력조절 캠 기구의 부세력이 케이싱에 전달되지 않도록 한 무단변속기에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 무단 변속기 (T)는 입력축(23)의 외주에 지지한 드라이브 페이스(29)와, 출력축(22)의 외주에 지지한 드리븐 페이스(30)와, 콘 홀더(31)에 지지되어 상기 양 페이스(29,30)에 맞닿는 다수의 더블 콘(39)과, 출력축(22)의 외부에 지지한 1개의 압력조절 캠 기구(67)를 구비한다. 압력조절 캠 기구(167)가 발생하는 좌측으로의 가압하중은 출력기어(66) 및 코터(65)를 통해 출력축(22)에 전달되며, 우측으로의 가압하중은 드리븐 페이스(30), 더블 콘(39), 드라이브 페이스(29), 내측기어반체(26), 슬리브(52), 볼 베어링(62), 칼라(59), 볼 베어링(60) 및 코터(61)를 통해 출력축(22)에 전달된다.

Claims (2)
- 변속기 주축(21)에 회전 가능하게 지지된 드라이브 페이스(29)와, 변속기 주축(21)에 회전 가능하게 지지된 드리븐 페이스(30)와, 변속기 주축(21)을 따라 이동 가능한 콘 홀더(31,56)와, 변속기 주축(21)을 중심선으로 하는 원추 모선을 따르도록 콘 홀더(31,56)에 지지된 더블 콘 지지축(37)과, 저면을 공유하는 제1콘(40) 및 제2콘(41)으로 구성되어 상기 더블 콘 지지축(37)에 회전 가능하게 지지된 더블 콘(39)과, 드라이브 페이스(29)를 제1콘(40)에 압접함과 동시에 드링븐 페이스(30)를 제2콘(41)에 압접하는 압력조절 캠 기구(67)를 구비한 무단변속기에 있어서, 드라이브 페이스(29) 및 드리븐 페이스(30)의 한쪽과 압력조절 캠 기구(67)의 일단을 변속기 주축(21)에 축방향으로의 이동이 불가능하게 지지하고, 또 드라이브 페이스(29) 및 드리븐 페이스(30)의 다른쪽과 압력조절 캠 기구(67)의 타단을 서로 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속기
- 제1항에 있어서, 변속기 주축(21)을 출력축(22)과 상기 출력축(22)의 외주에 상대회전은 가능하고 축방향으로의 이동은 불가능하게 지지된 입력축(23)으로 구성하며, 입력축(23)에 드라이브 페이스(29)를 축방향으로의 이동이 불가능하게 지지함과 동시에 출력축(22)에 압력조절 캠 기구(67)의 일단을 축방향으로의 이동이 불가능하게 지지한 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속기
