Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 카울 박스(cowl box) 구조에 관한 것으로서, 특히 카울 어퍼 패널의 하부에 보강부재를 가지는 전방 완충부재와 후방 완충부재를 서로 마주보도록 용접 고정하고, 상기 전방 완충부재와 후방 완충부재에 대쉬패널의 상부와 카울 인너 로워 패널의 상부가 각각 용접고정되어 다수개의 박스 구조를 갖도록 하므로서 차량의 정면 충돌시 보다 충분한 강성을 가지고 충격 흡수가 이루어 질 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 카울 어퍼 패널(1)과 대쉬 패널(2)과 카울 인너 로워 패널(3)로 이루어진 자동차의 카울 박스(cowl box) 구조에 있어서, 상기 카울 어퍼 패널(1)과 대쉬패널의 사이에는 보강부재(4)를 가지는 전방 완충부재(5)가 설치되고, 상기 카울 어퍼 패널(1)과 카울 인너 로워 패널(3)의 사이에는 후방 완충부재(6)가 설치되되, 상기 전방 완충부재(5)와 후방 완충부재(6)는 서로 일정 갭을 두고 마주보도록 설치되어 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 카울 박스(cowl box) 구조.
