Abstract

본 발명은 차 실내측 플로어에 설치되는 시트 패널에 관한 것으로 특히, 시트 패널을 중심으로 하는 승차자 보호 용도로서 적용되는 주변 구조물들에 협동 되면서도 그중 에어백 시스템의 설치 환경을 배려하여 시트 패널 자체로서 에어백 시스템의 안전 기능을 배가 시키는 쪽으로 보조할 수 있도록 하는 한편, 독립적으로는 승차자 보호 역할을 수행할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 차체 언더 플로어 패널에서 출몰되는 형태로 설치되고, 신체 밀림을 차단하기 위한 경사진 한 개 이상의 마운트가 형성된 시트 패널 본체(3a)와, 상기 시트 패널 본체를 언더 플로어에 탑재시키고, 언더 플로어의 면부와는 소정의 이격거리를 확보하는 한편, 시트 쿠션(4)을 언더 플로어 패널측에서 탄력적으로 지지하는 제1 충격흡수부재(9)과, 상기 제1 충격흡수부재를 통해 언더 플로어측에 정착되는 시트 패널(3)의 선단부를 소정의 경사각을 부여하는 형태로 지지하는 제2 충격흡수부재(10) 및 이를 구축하는 시트 패널 브라켓(11)을 포함하는 에어백 충격 접점 포인트 적응성 시트 패널 설치 구조를 제공한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 차체 언더 플로어 패널(2a)에서 출몰되는 형태로 설치되고, 신체 밀림을 차단하기 위한 경사진 한 개 이상의 마운트가 형성된 시트 패널 본체(3a)와, 상기 시트 패널 본체를 언더 플로어에 탑재시키고, 언더 플로어의 면부와는 소정의 이격거리를 확보하는 한편, 시트 쿠션(4)를 언더 플로어 패널(2a)측에서 탄력적으로 지지하는 제1 충격흡수부재(9)와, 상기 제1 충격흡수부재를 통해 언더 플로어 패널측에 정착되는 시트 패널의 선단부에 소정의 경사각을 부여하는 형태로 지지하는 제2 충격흡수부재(10) 및 이를 구축하는 시트 패널 브라켓(11)를 포함하는 에어백 충격 접점 포인트 적응성 시트 패널 설치 구조.
