Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 리어 시트백에 설치된 화물 침입 방지 장치에 관한 것으로, 차량의 리어 시트백(10) 뒷면에 좌우로 원통형의 록킹부(20)가 삽입 설치되어 있고, 이 록킹부(20)에 삽입되어 상·하 이동되는 이동부(30)가 스프링(40)을 매개로 하여 삽입·설치되어 있으며, 이 이동부(30)의 상단부 가로방향으로 걸치도록 화물(A)을 차단하기 위한 차단수단(50)이 고정되어 있으되, 상기 이동부(30)의 소정위치에 걸림턱(31)이 형성되어 록킹부(20)에 형성된 걸림홈(21)에 걸리어 록킹될 수 있도록 되어, 리어 시트백(10) 뒤의 트렁크와 리어 시트백(10) 상부에 의하여 형성되는 화물실에 실린 화물(A)이 프롱트 시트(60)쪽으로 쏠리는 것을 방지 할 수 있도록 된 것이다.

제3도는 종래의 리어 시트백에 화물을 실은 상태를 나타낸 개략도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 리어 시트백(10) 뒷면에 좌우로 원통형의 록킹부(20)가 삽입.설치되어 있고, 이 록킹부(20)에 삽입되어 상 ·하 이동되는 이동부(30)가 스프링(40)을 매개로 하여 삽입.설치되어 있으며, 이 이동부(30)의 상단부에 가로 방향으로 걸치도록 화물(A)을 차단하기 위한 차단수단(50)이 고정되어 있으되, 상기 이동부(30)의 소정위치에 걸림턱(31)이 형성되어 록킹부(20)에 형성된 걸림홈(21)에 걸리어 록킹 될 수 있도록 되어 있는 자동차의 리어 시트에 설치된 화물 침입 방지 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차단수단(50)은 이동부(30)의 상단부에 길이 방향으로 수납통(51)이 설치되어 있고, 이 수납통(51) 내부에 차단막(52)이 설치되어 이 수납통(51)에 형성된 슬릿을 통해 밖으로 인출되도록 되어 있으되, 상기 차단막(52)의 일단은 태엽 스프링(53)을 매개하여 수납통(51) 내측 양면에 고정되어 있고, 타단은 다수 개의 고리(54)가 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 리어 시트에 설치된 화물 침입 방지 장치.
