Abstract

본 발명은 차량충돌시 또는 급제동시에 발생하는 관성에 의해 트렁크에 실린화물이 리어 폴딩시트의 개구부를 통해 실내로 침입되면서 프론트 시트백을 강타하여 승객의 안전을 위협하는 것을 방지하기 위하여 차량의 트렁크(10)로부터 실내측으로 통하는 개구부(11)가 리어 판넬(12)에 형성되어 있으며, 그 개구부(11)는 폴딩시트(13)의 시트 백(14)에 의해 개폐되도록 되어 있고, 그 시트 백(14)의 후면상에 설치되어 있는 래치(15)가 상기 리어 판넬(12)에 설치되어 있는 스트라이커(16)에 걸리도록 되어 있으며, 상기 시트 백(14)은 힌지(17)에 의해 접히면서 시트 쿠션(18)에 겹치도록 구성되어 있는 자동차에 있어서, 상기 리어 판넬(12)의 개구부(11)내측 둘레 상하측에 각각 여러개의 탄성클립(20)(22)을 설치하고, 그 각 탄성클립(20)(22)의 탄성협지부(20a)(22a)에 상측 와이어(30)와 하측 와이어(32)를 각각 삽입하며, 상기 상측 와이어(30)와 하측 와이어(32)의 각 양단중 일측단은 상기 리어 판넬(12)에 각각 고정하고, 각각의 타측단은 차량 충돌시 에탁스(E)에 의해 각각 제어되는 프리텐셔너(40)(42)에 의해 권회되도록 하는 한편, 상기 에탁스(E)가 프리텐셔너(40)(42)를 구동하는 구동전류를 흘리도록 상기 래치(15)에 록킹 해제감지젠서(50)를 설치하여 구성한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 차량의 트렁크(10)로부터 실내측으로 통하는 개구부(11)가 리어 판넬(12)에 형성되어 있으며, 그 개구부(11)는 폴딩시트(13)의 시트 백(14)에 의해 개폐되도록 되어 있고 그 시트 백(14)의 후면상에 설치되어 있는 래치(15)가 상기 리어 판넬(12)에 설치되어 있는 스트라이커(16)에 걸리도록 되어 있으며, 상기 시트 백(14)은 힌지(17)에 의해 접히면서 시트 쿠션(18)에 겹치도록 구성되어 있는 자동차에 있어서, 상기 리어 판넬(12)의 개구부(11)내측둘레 상하측에 각각 여러개의 탄성클립(20)(22)을 설치하고, 그 각 탄성클립(20)(22)의 탄성협지부(20a)(22a)에 상측 와이어(30)와 하측 와이어(32)를 각각 삽입하며, 상기 상측 와이어(30)와 하측 와이어(32)의 각 양단중 일측단은 상기 리어 판넬(12)에 각각 고정하고, 각각의 타측단은 차량 충돌시 에탁스(E)에 의해 각각 제어되는 프리텐셔너 (40)(42)에 의해 권회되도록 하는 한편, 상기 에탁스(E)가프리텐셔너(40)(42)를 구동하는 구동전류를 흘리도록 상기 래치(15)에 록킹해제감지센서(50)를 설치하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 트렁크 화물에 의한 승객부상방지방치.
