Abstract

본 발명은 운전자 또는 승객이 필요시 스위치를 조작함과 동시에 루프 벤트(roof vent)를 간편하게 개폐시킬 수 있도록 된, 버스의 전동식 루프 벤트에 관한 것으로, 차체(10)에 벤트홀(20)을 개폐하는 루프 벤트(30)를 연결하고, 벤트홀(20)의 상부 일측에 가이드 베인(40)을 위치시킴과 동시에 그 하단에 로울러(50)가 결합된 힌지핀(51)를 설치하여 차체(10)의 상면에 접촉되도록 하고, 또한 가이드 베인(40)의 상단에서 포트 플랜지(41)를 절곡, 형성하여 루프 벤트(30)의 저면을 떠받치도록 하며, 아울러 차체(10)의 상부 일측에 공압 실린더(60)를 설치하면서 공압 실린더(60)의 피스톤 로드(61)를 가이드 베인(40)의 하부 중간에 힌지연결하여 가이드 베인(40)이 회동가능하도록 하고, 또한 공압 실린더(60)에 2웨이 밸브(90)를 갖는 에어튜브(70)(80)를 연결하며, 2웨이 밸브(90)에 에어탱크(100)를 연결, 설치하되, 공압 실린더(60) 및 에어 튜브(70)(80) 사이에 솔레노이드 밸브(110)(120)를 연결하고, 솔레노이드 밸브(110)(120)에 작동 스위치(130)를 연결하며, 작동 스위치(130)는 운전석 또는 승객석을 설치하여 구성된 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 차체의 상부에 벤트홀이 형성되고, 벤트홀을 개폐시키도록 차체에 루프 벤트가 힌지연결된 것에 있어서, 상기 차체의 상부 일측에 설치된 피스톤 로드를 포함하는 공압 실린더; 피스톤 로드에 힌지, 연결되고 차체에 회동가능케 힌지연결되어 루프 벤트의 저면에 접촉되는 가이드 베인; 공압 실린더의 전, 후측에 설치된 솔레노이드 밸브; 솔레노이드 밸브에 각기 연결되고 2웨이 밸브를 포함하는 에어 튜브; 2웨이 밸브에 연결된 에어 탱크; 상기 솔레노이드 밸브에 연결된 작동 스위치가 구비되어, 공압 실린더를 진퇴작동시킴에 따라 루프 벤트를 개폐시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 버스의 전동식 루프 벤트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 루프 벤트의 저면에 가이드 플랜지가 형성되고, 루프 벤트가 완전개방된 상태에서 가이드 플랜지가 지지되도록 가이드 베인의 상단에 서포트 플랜지가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 버스의 전동식 루프 벤트.
