Abstract

수직방향과 종방향에서 최소한 600MPa의 인장율을 갖고 수축이 폴리-ε-카프로락톤 융점대이하에서 양방향으로 1%를 초과하지 않는, 중량-평균 분자량이 최소한 75,000g/mol인 폴리-ε-카프로락톤 필름.
온도가 160℃를 초과하지 않는 다이, 바람직하기로는 평면 다이를 통하여 개시제로서 알루미늄 트리알콕시드를 사용하여 폴리-ε-카프로락톤을 이의 제조 온-라인으로 압축하여서 하는 폴리-ε-카프로락톤 필름의 제조방법.
본 발명에 따른 필름은 포장용, 수확물 보호용 또는 내피용 필름을 제조하는데 적합하다.

Claims (13)

  1. 종방향과 횡방향에서 최소한 600MPa의 인장율을 갖고 폴리-ε-카프로락톤 융점대이하에서 양방향으로 수축이 1%를 초과하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 중량-평균 분자량이 최소한 75,000g/mol인 반강성 폴리-ε-카프로락톤 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 인장율이 2000MPa를 초과하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 반강성 폴리-ε-카프로락톤 필름.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리-ε-카프로락톤 융점대이하에서 양방향으로 수축이 0.5%를 초과하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 반강성 폴리-ε-카프로락톤 필름.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, MPa시간으로 표현되는 횡방향에서 인장율을 갖는 생성물에서 %로 표현되는 파열시의 신장율이 300,000MPa 이사임을 특징으로 하는 반강성 폴리-ε-카프로락톤 필름.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리-ε-카프로락톤이 최소한 90,000mol/g의 중량-평균 분자량을 갖고 200,000g/mol을 초과하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 반강성 폴리-ε-카프로락톤 필름.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리-ε-카프로락톤을 개시제로서 알루미늄 트리알콕시드를 사용하여 중합하에서 얻음을 특징으로 하는 반강성 폴리-ε-카프로락톤 필름.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 폴리-ε-카프로락톤이 ε-카프로락톤의 동종중합체임을 특징으로 하는 반강성 폴리-ε-카프로락톤 필름.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리-ε-카프로락톤이 100중량부당 150중량부의 충전제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 반강성 폴리-ε-카프로락톤 필름.
  9. 온도가 160℃를 초과하지 않는 다이를 통하여 알루미늄 트리알콕시드를 사용하여 이의 제조 온-라인으로 직접 폴리-ε-카프로락톤을 압출함을 특징으로 하는 폴리-ε-카프론락톤 필름의 제조 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 다이에서 재료의 온도가 120°∼140℃임을 특징으로 하는 폴리-ε-카프로락톤 필름의 제조방법.
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 다이가 평면 다이임을 특징으로 하는 폴리-ε-카프로락톤 필름의 제조방법.
  12. 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름의 압출을 진행하는 폴리-ε-카프로락톤의 제조를 압출기에서 용융물의 ε-카프로락톤을 연속 중합하여서 함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  13. ε-카프로락톤 동종중합체 필름의 제조에 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법의 사용.
