Abstract
전기 가열성 적층 투명 판유리는 내부 유리판(1), 외부 유리판(12) 및 2장의 유리판(1 및 12)을 상호 결합시키는 중간층 열가소성 필름(13)을 포함한다. 호일 스트립(14 및 16)에 의해 구성되는 수집 도체는 내부 유리판(1)에 인접한 쪽의 중간층 필름(13)에 봉입되는 가열 저항기(4)에 대해 전력 공급 도체로서 제공된다. 내부 유리판(1)의 자유 표면에는 불투명한 베이킹 잉크의 장식성 프레임(8)이 제공된다. 색상이 장식성 프레임(8)과 동일한 불투명 피복층(15)을 중간층 필름(13)쪽의 호일 스트립(14) 표면에 결합시킨다. 피복층(15)은 바람직하게는 너비가 호일 스트립(14)의 너비보다 약간 더 넓은 잉크칠된 중합체 시트로 이루어진다.

Claims (6)
- 수집 도체를 형성하는 호일 스트립(14)의 표면에 직접 결합되는 추가의 불투명 피복층(15)이 색상 면에서 내부 유리판(1)의 자유 표면에 위치하는 장식성 프레임(8)에 상응하고 중간층 열가소성 필름(13)과 수집 도체(14 및 16) 사이에 위치함을 특징으로 하는, 내부 유리판, 외부 유리판 및 유리판에 결합된 중간층 열가소성 필름을 포함하고 가열 저항 와이어 또는 가열 저항층에 대해 전력 공급 도체로서 제공되는 금속목 수집 도체가 가장자리 영역의 내부 유리판에 인접한 쪽에 표면 봉입되며 내부 유리판에는 자유 표면에 불투명한 베이킹 잉크의 장식성 프레임이 제공되고 추가의 불투명 피복층이 외부 유리판의 외면과 금속 수집 도체 사이에 제공되는 전기 가열성 적층 투명 판유리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가의 불투명 피복층이 수집 도체를 형성하는 호일 스트립에 적용된 또는 에나멜 피복층임을 특징으로 하는 전기 가열성 적층 투명 판유리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가의 불투명 피복층이 수집 도체를 형성하는 호일 스트립(14)에 결합된 잉크칠된 중합체 호일 스트립(15)임을 특징으로 하는 전기 가열성적층 투명 판유리.
- 제3항에 있어서, 필름 스트립(15)이 납땜 조작 동안의 온도에 내성이 있는 중합체, 특히 폴리이미드로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 전기 가열성 적층 투명 판유리.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 필름 스트립(15)의 너비가 필름 스트립(15)에 결합되어 있는 수집 도체를 형성하는 호일 스트립(14)의 너비보다 약간 더 넓음을 특징으로 하는 전기 가열성 적층 투명 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수집 도체를 형성하는 호일 스트립(14 및 16)과 필름 스트립(15)의 너비 치수가 장식성 프레임(8)의 너비보다 현저히 좁고 수집 도체와 필름 스트립(15)이 장식성 프레임(8)의 내부 가장자리(20)에 대해 유리판(1)의 주변 가장자리 쪽으로 놓여짐을 특징으로 하는 전기 가열성 적층 투명 판유리.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
