Abstract

본 발명은 키 삽입구멍에 키를 대신하는 이형물질을 삽입하여 누르면서 무리하게 돌리려고 해도 프로텍터 블록의 계합부와 자물쇠 외통사이에 형성된 제1계합부에 의해 회동할 수 없으며, 또, 삽입한 이형물질을 잡아당기면서 무리하게 돌리려고 해도 크랭크축과 자물쇠 외통 사이에 형성된 제2계합부에 의해 회동할 수 없기 때문에, 텀블러에 의해 크랭크축의 회동저지와 함께 핸들 로크의 해제가 매우 곤란한 핸들 로크 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 프로텍터 플레이트(28)를 키(K)를 꽂는 방향으로 이동가능하게 구성함과 동시에, 프로텍터 플레이트가 밀려들어갔을 때 계합하는 제1계합부를 프로텍터 플레이트(28)와 자물쇠 외통(26)사이에 형성하고, 또 크랭크축을 키의 압입방향으로 이동가능하게 구성함과 동시에, 크랭크축(32)이 밀려들어갔을 때 비계합이 되는 제2계합부를 크랭크축(32)과 자물쇠 외통(26) 사이에 형성한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관한 핸들 로크 장치를 구비한 자동차2륜차의 프론트부분의 사시도.
제2도는 본 발명에 관한 핸들 로크 장치를 구비한 메인 스위치의 평면도.
제3도는 제2도의 3-3선 단면도.
제4도는 본 발명에 관한 핸들 로크 장치에 있어서 OFF 위치에서의 키압입상태를 도시한 단면도.
제5도는 본 발명에 관한 핸들 로크 장치에 있어서의 로크 상태를 도시한 단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 차체에 장착된 자물쇠 외통에 로크 핀을 출입하기 위한 크랭크축과 키구멍이 열린 프로텍터 블록을 직렬로 수납하고, 크랭크축의 직선부에 팀블러를 구비하고, 직선부의 단면에 키 삽입구멍을 구비하고, 프로텍터 블록을 통과한 키를 키 삽입구멍에 삽입함으로써 텀블러를 언 로크 상태로 하여 크랭크축의 회동을 가능하게 한 형식의 핸들 로크 장치에 있어서, 상기 프로텍터 블록은 키를 잡아빼는 방향으로 힘을 받아 키를 꽂는 방향으로 이동가능하게 구성됨과 동시에, 밀려들어갔을 때 자물쇠 외통과 계합하는 계합부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 핸들 로크 장치.
  2. 차체에 장착된 자물쇠 외통에 로크 핀을 출입하기 위한 크랭크부를 가진 크랭크축과 키 구멍이 열린 프로텍터 블럭을 직렬로 수납하고, 크랭크축의 직선부에 텁블러를 구비하고, 직선부의 단면에 키 삽입구멍을 구비하고, 프로텍터 블록을 통과한 키를 키 삽입구멍에 삽입함으로써, 텀블러를 언로크 상태로 하여 크랭크축의 회동을 가능하게 한 형식의 핸들 로크 장치에 있어서, 상기 크랭크축은 밀려들어갔을 때 자물쇠 외통과 비계합이 되는 계합부를 크랭크부에 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 핸들 로크 장치.
  3. 차체에 장착된 자물쇠 외통에 로크 핀을 출입하기 위한 크랭크축과 키구멍이 열린 프로텍터 블록을 직렬로 수납하고, 크랭크축의 직선부에 텀블러를 구비하고, 직선부 단면에 키 삽입구멍을 구비하고, 프로텍터 블록을 통과한 키를 키 삽입구멍에 삽입함으로써 텀블러를 언 로크 상태로 하여 크랭크축의 회동을 가능하게 한 형식의 핸들 로크 장치에 있어서, 상기 프로텍터 블록을 키를 꽂는 방향으로 이동가능하게 구성함과 동시에, 프로텍터 블록이 밀려들어갔을 때 계합하는 제1계합부를 프로텍터 블록과 자물쇠 외통 사이에 형성하고, 또 상기 크랭크축을 키의 압입방향으로 이동가능하게 구성함과 동시에, 크랭크축이 밀려드러갔을 때 비 계합이 되는 제2의 계합부를 크랭크축과 자물쇠 외통 사이에 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 핸들 로크 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로텍터 블록의 계합부를 축방향으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 핸들 로크 장치.
