Abstract
암수 양 금형의 틀개방량이나 점유스페이스를 삭감하여 생산성의 향상을 도모하고, 또한 호트런너부의 선단부 부근에 냉각된 경화수지의 잔사(殘渣)가 있어도, 성형품 부분에 대해서는 접착불량이나 모양불착 등의 착화성형불량은 잘 생기지 않게 한다.
수틀(12)의 호트런너부(13)와 게이트부(16),(16)와의 사이에, 상기 호트런너부(13)로부터의 용융수지를 암틀(25)의 캐비티(26)에 있어서의 성형품 외로 되는 철부(凸部)(27)에 도출하는 동시에 그곳으로부터 되돌아서 상기 게이트부(16)(16)에 도입하는 U턴부(9)가 배설되어 이루어진다.

제5도는 제4도의 사출성형동시착화장치의 성형품취출공정의 설명을 위한 도면,
제6도는 종래의 사출성형동시착화장치의 일예의 사출성형공정을 나타낸 개략구성도.
Claims (1)
- 암수 양 금형을 구비하고, 상기 수틀내에 사출성형기로부터의 용융수지를 상기 암틀의 캐비티에 주입충전하기 위한 호트런너부와 게이트부가 배설되어 이루어지는 사출성형동시착화장치에 있어서, 상기 호트런너부와 게이트부와의 사이에, 상기 호트런너부로부터의 용융수지를 상기 암틀의 캐비티에 있어서의 성형품 외로 되는 부분에 도출하는 동시에 그곳으로부터 되돌아서 상기 게이트부에 도입하는 U턴부가 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형동시착화장치.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
