Abstract

기록매체의 두께가 다르면 서로 대행배치한 자기헤드의 내구성이나 기록매체에 대한 패드압, 또는 자기헤드의 코어부의 접촉에 의해 발생하는 노이즈등의 영향으로 양호한 정보의 기록재생이 어려우며, 해결수단으로는 본 발명에 관한 두께가 다른 자기카드체(C)가 주행하는 매체반송로(5)의 양측에 자기카드체(C)에 대하여 정보의 기록재생을 행하여 코어부(6A), (7A)가 각각 중앙에 배치된 제1정보기록 재생헤드(6)와 제2정보기록 재생헤드(7)를 각각 배치한 매체기록 재생장치(1)로는 코어부(6A), (7A)끼리 서로 접촉하지 않도록 제1정보기록 재생헤드(6)와 제2정보기록 재생헤드(7)를 매체반송방향(A)에 스쳐서 대향배치하여 접촉했다. 제1정보기록 재생헤드(6)는 부세수단(32)에 의해 제2정보기록 재생헤드(7)에 대하여 부세되고 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 기록매체가 주행하는 매체반송로의 양측에 상기 기록매체에 대하여 정보의 기록재생을 행하는 코어부가 각각 중앙에 배치된 제1정보기록 재생헤드와 제2정보기록 재생헤드를 대향배치하고, 상기 제1정보기록 재생헤드 또는 상기 제2정보기록 재생헤드의 적어도 한쪽이 부세수단에 의해 대향하는 다른 쪽의 헤드를 향해 부세되어 있는 매체기록 재생장치에 있어서, 상기 매체반송로를 두께가 다른 기록매체가 주행하는 매체반송로로서 구성함과 동시에 상기 제1정보기록 재생헤드와 제2정보기록 재생헤드를 상기 코어부에 의해 형성되는 갭끼리 서로 접촉하지 않도록 매체반송방향에 스쳐서 대향배치하여 서로 접촉시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 매체기록 재생장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1정보기록 재생헤드의 코어부와 상기 제2정보기록 재생헤드의 코어부가 서로 접촉하지 않도록 매체반송방향에 스쳐서 대행배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 매체기록 재생장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1정보기록 재생헤드의 코어부와 상기 제2정보기록 재생헤드의 코어부는 각각 케이스내에 수납되어 있고 각각의 케이스를 접촉시키는 것에 의해 상기 제1정보기록 재생헤드의 코어부와 상기 제2정보기록 재생헤드의 코어부가 서로 접촉하지 않도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 매체기록 재생장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1정보기록 재생헤드와 상기 제2정보기록 재생헤드는 각각 부세수단에 의해 대향하는 다른쪽의 헤드를 향해 부세되어, 한편측의 부세수단의 부세력을 다른편측의 부세력보다 크게 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 매체기록 재생장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반송로의 폭방향으로 요동자재하게 지지됨과 동시에 상기 제2정보기록 재생헤드에 인접하여 상기 반송로에 돌출부세된 제3정보기록 재생헤드를 또한 구비하여 상기 제3정보기록 재생헤드가 상기 제2정보기록 재생헤드보다도 상기 반송로내로 돌출하여 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 매체기록 재생장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1, 제2 및 상기 제3의 정보기록 재생헤드는 각각 부세수단에 의해 부세되어 상기 제2정보기록 재생헤드의 부세수단의 부세력을 상기 제1정보기록 재생헤드의 부세력보다 크게 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 매체기록 재생장치.
  7. 기록매체가 주행하는 매체반송로의 양측에 상기 기록매체에 대하여 정보의 기록재생을 행하는 코어부가 각각 중앙에 배치된 제1정보기록 재생헤드와 제2정보기록 재생헤드를 대향하여 되는 매체기록 재생장치에 있어서, 상기 반송로의 폭방향으로 요동자재하게 지지된 제3정보기록 재생헤드를 상기 제2정보기록 재생헤드에 인접하고 상기 반송통로에 돌출부세하여 마련하고, 상기 제3정보기록 재생헤드를 상기 제2정보기록 재생헤드 보다도 상기 반송로내에 돌출하여 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 매체기록 재생장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1, 제2 및 상기 제3의 정보기록 재생헤드는 각각 부세수단에 의해 부세되고, 상기 제2정보기록 재생헤드의 부세수단의 부세력을 상기 제1정보기록 재생헤드의 부세력 및 상기 제3정보기록 재생헤드의 부세력보다 크게 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 매체기록 재생장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1정보기록 재생헤드와 제2정보기록 재생헤드를 상기 코어부에 의해 형성되는 갭끼리 서로 접촉하지 않도록 매체반송 방향에 스쳐서 대행배치하고 서로 접촉시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 매체기록 재생장치.
