Abstract
변속 구동을 위해 다수의 전진단과 하나의 후진단을 구비한 변속 장치는 변속 로터로 이루어지며, 변속 로터의 회전으로 변속단이 조정된다. 변속 로터는 로프 장치로 변속 레버에 연결되며, 변속 레버의 전진 또는 후진 이동을 통해 변속 로터의 중립 위치에 단수 조정 작업으로 회전한다. 운전자를 위해 확실하게 병렬된 후진단의 안전한 변속과 원치않는 변속에 대한 안전성을 보장하기 위해, 후진단은 변속 레버의 작동으로 전진단-변속 레인에서 분리된 제2레인에서 작동된다. 변속레버는 제2변속 레버로 선 선택축에 연결되고 선 선택축의 회전으로 커플링 부재가 변속 포크와 변속 로터 사이에서 변속 위치와 무관하게 조정 가능해진다. 미리 정해진 변속 위치가 먼저 설정되면, 그때 변속축과 선 선택축 사이에 제동 부재를 통해 각 구동단의 변속은 자유롭게 된다.

Claims (13)
- 변속 부재가 적어도 변속 레인(76)에서 진행되는 변속 레버(73)의 작동시 제1전달 매체(74)를 통해 회전 하는 변속 로터(35)에서 커플링 부재(28-30, 31-33)로 조정가능한 다수의 전진단(G1-G6), 하나의 후진단(R)을 구비한 변속 구동을 위한 변속 장치에 있어서, 적어도 후진단(R)은 변속 레버(73)의 이동을 제2변속레인에서 조정되고 변속 레버는 제2전달 매체(75)로 선 선택 장치(27)에 연결되고 변속 레버(73)의 이동으로 제1변속 레인(76)에 수직으로 커플링 부재(28-30)상으로 전달가능한 변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 커플링 부재(28-30)가 선 선택축(27)상에서 진행되며, 제2전달 매체(75)를 통해 대략수직으로 조정가능한 변속 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 커플링 부재(28-30)가 선 선택축(27)상에서 변속 방향으로 축방향 이동 진행되고 제2전달 매체(75)는 선 선택축(27)에 연결되며, 선 선택축의 회전으로 커플링 부재가 변속 방향에 대략 수직으로 선회가능한 변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 커플링 부재(28-30)가 선회시 조정체(63)와 함께 작동되고, 작동체를 통해 변속 방향으로 커플링 부재의 이동이 가능한 변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 커플링 부재(28-30)는 적어도 안내 부재(54-57)를 형성하고 안내 부재로 변속 이동이 커플링 부재 상으로 옮겨지며, 상기 안내 부재가 선회시 조정체(63)와 연동하는 변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안내 부재(63)에 안내로(64-66)가 형성되고, 안내로를 통해 커플링 부재(28-30)가 선회시 중립 위치로 이동되는 변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 커플링 부재(28-30)가 제2선회 위치(R,V)로 조정가능하고 그 위치에서변속 과정이 행해지는 변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 후진단(R)의 변속을 위해 이용되는 커플링 부재가 이격된 2개의 안내 부재(55,57)를 구비하고, 전진단(G1-G6)의 변속시 안내 부재 중의 제1안내 부재가 변속 로터에 연결되는 변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2회선 위치에서 변속 레버(73)의 이동(R+, R-)으로 제1변속 레인과 평행하게 후진단이 놓이거나 추출되는 변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 잠금 매체(80-85)가 구비되고 이를 통해 후진단(R)의 변속이 다만 변속 구동장치의 일정한 변속 위치에서 가능해지는 변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 잠금 매체(80-85)가 선 선택축(27)과 변속 로터(36)사이에 함께 작동되는 로킹체로 이루어지는 변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 로킹체가 적어도 선 선택축의 제동 디스크(80-83,99,100,104)와 이들 사이에 작동하는 제동체(84,85,101)로 이루어지는 변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제동 디스크(80-83,99,100,104)는 변속로터와 선 선택축에 연결되고 리세트 그리고/또는 돌기를 갖춘, 서로 병렬된 제동 구조로 이루어지고 병렬된 제동체(84,85,101)은 제동 디스크 사이에서 종방향 이동으로 진행되는 변속 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
