Abstract

본 발명은 아미노 말단기를 과잉하게 갖는 폴리아미드류를 기재로 하고 그의 중합후의 폴리아미드류에 치환 또는 불치환의 지방족 C14~C20 디아민 및 이들의 혼합물로서 되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 디아민류를 첨가한 새로운 정착제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 정착제는 폴리아미드류, 열가소적으로 가공 가능한 VDF, TFE 및 HFP를 기재로한 플루오로 폴리머로서 되는 1매 이상의 내층과, 상기 정착제로서 되는 1매 이상의 중간층과, 폴리아미드류로서 되는 1매 이상의 외층을 보유하며, 이층이 긴밀하게 접합되어 있는 열가소성 다층 복합체 또는 폴리머로서 되는 다층관에 관한 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 아미노말단기량과 카르복실말단기량과의 비가 1.5:1~3:1인 폴리아미드류를 기재로 하며, 중합후의 그 폴리아미드류에, 치환 또는 불치환 지방족 C4~C20디아민류 및 이들의 혼합물로서 되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종이상의 디아민류를 0.25~2중량% 첨가한 것을 특징으로 하는 정착제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디아민류의 첨가량이 1중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 정착제.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 디아민류가 헥실디아민, 긴사슬 C10~C14디아민류 및 이들의 혼합물로서 되는 그룹, 더욱 바람직하게는 데실디아민 및 도데실디아민으로서 되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 정착제.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드류가 PA6, PA11, PA12, PA46, PA1212, PA1012, PA610, PA612, PA69, PA6T, PA6I, PA10T, PA12T, PA12I 및 이들의 혼합물 또는 공중합체로서 되는 그룹 더욱 바람직하게는 PA11, PA12, PA1212, PA10T, PA12T 및 PA12T/12, PA10T/12, PA12T/106, PA10T/106등을 기재로 한 공중합체로서 되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 것이며, 또 필요에 따라서 통상 첨가물을 첨가한 것을 특징으로 하는 정착제.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드류에 있어서의 아미노말단기량과 카르복실말단기량과의 비가 2.5:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 정착제.
  6. 열가소적으로 가공 가능한 폴리오로폴리머로서 되는 1매이상의 내층과, 청구항1~5항의 어느 것인가에 기재한 정착제로서 되는 1매 이상의 중간층과, 1매 이상의 외층을 가지며, 그 층이 상호 치밀하게 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 다층복합체.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리오로폴리머가 테트라플루오로에틸렌(TFE), 헥사플루오로프로필렌(HFP) 및 플루오로화비닐리덴(VDF)을 기재로 한 것, 또는 테트라플루오로에틸렌(TFE), 과플루오로메틸비닐에테르(PMVE) 및 플루오로화비닐리덴(VDF)을 기재로한 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성다층복합체.
  8. 플루오로폴리머로서 되는 1매 이상의 내층과, 청구항 1~5의 어느것인가에 기재한 정착제로서 되는 1매 이상의 중간층과 폴리아미드류로서 되는 1매 이상의 외층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층관.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 플루오로폴리머가 테트라플루오로에틸렌(TFE), 헥사플루오로프로필렌(HFP) 및 플루오로화비닐리덴(VDF)을 기재로 한 것, 또는 테트라플루오로에틸렌(TFE), 과플루오로메틸비닐에테르(PMVE) 및 플루오로화비닐리덴(VDF)을 기재로한 것임을 특징으로 하는 다층관.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 외층의 두께가 0.2~0.8㎜이며, 상기 중간층의 두께가 0.05~0.3㎜이고, 상기 내층의 두께가 0.01~0.7㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층관.
  11. 제8항, 제9항, 제10항에 있어서, 상기층의 적어도 1매가 도전층이고, 또 내층의 표면저항이 109Ω미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층관.
