Abstract

본 발명은 카셋트 테이프 레코더등에 적용되는 브러시리스디씨 모터의 제동기술에 관한 것으로, 모터(M)의 제동동작을 보다 신속하고 정확하게 수행하기 위하여, 정지명령이 입력될 때 역기전력검출신호의 인터럽트간격(△t)을 검출하고, 그 인터럽트간격(△t)의 변화를 근거로 하여 속도차를 검출하여, 제동기능을 수행하기 위해 역토오크 제동벡터를 산출하면서 상기 검출된 인터럽트간격(△t)이 기 설정된 기준치를 초과하거나 속도차가 부(-)의 방향으로 변환되는지를 확인하여 제동동작을 중지하도록 하였다.

Claims (1)

  1. 정지명령이 입력될 때 역기전력검출신호의 인터럽트간격(△t)을 구하고, 그 인터럽트간격(△t)에 대한 이전스텝과 현재스텝의 차를 근거로 속도차를 검출하는 단계와, 제동기능을 수행하기 위해 역토오크 제동벡터를 산출하는 단계와, 상기 검출된 인터럽트간격(△t)이 기 설정된 기준치를 초과하거나 속도차가 부(-)의 방향으로 변환되는지를 확인하여 제동동작을 중지하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 브러시리스 디씨모터의 제동방법.
