Abstract

본 발명은 공기조화기의 제습운전 제어방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 실외 온도변화에 따른 실외측 응축열량을 제어할 수 없어서 실내/실외의 온도차이가 작거나 같아지는 환경의 경우, 실외측의 온도가 낮아 응축시켜주는 열교환량이 커지기 때문에 제습온 제2감압장치 출구측의 온도는 -2.7℃, -12.0℃로 급격히 낮아져 실내 열교환기 입구 및 열교환기가 동결되어 버리기 때문에 제습효과가 급격히 떨어지는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 발명은 어떠한 환경에서도 증발온도를 설정한 최저온도와 최고온도 사이에서 관리할 수 있도록 하여 제습효과가 변함이 없고 탁월한 제습능력을 발휘할 수 있도록 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 실내온도를 체크하여 소정온도 이상이면 냉방운전을 이하이면 제습운전을 수행하도록 하는 제1단계와, 상기 제1단계에서 제습운전시 일정시간동안 정지한 후 4방밸브를 절환한 후 일정시간동안 강제 제습운전을 실행하는 제2단계와, 상기 제2단계에서 강제 제습운전 실행 후 일정시간이 경과하면 다시 강제 정지시킴과 동시에 제2감압장치 출구온도를 체크하는 제3단계와, 상기 제3단계에서 제2감압장치 출구온도가 소정온도(Td)이거나 작을 경우 실외기팬을 오프하고 소정온도(Tu)이거나 클 경우 실외기팬을 온하는 동작을 반복하여 운전하도록 하는 제4단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 제습운전 제어방법.
  2. 냉방/제습시 압축기로부터 돌출되는 냉매가 실외열교환기에서 열교환되고, 상기 실외열교환기에서 열교환되어 토출되는 냉매유로를 냉방/제습 기능시 그 유로를 형성하여 주는 4방밸브와, 상기 실외열교환기에서 열교환되어 토출되는 냉매를 감압시키는 제1감압장치와, 실내측의 온도를 검출하는 실내온도 검출용 써어미스타와, 실내열교환기 및 재열 열교환기와 병렬로 연결하고 상기 실내열교환기로부터의 냉매를 감압시키는 제2감압장치와, 상기 제2감압장치의 출구온도를 검출하는 써어미스타와, 상기 실외열교환기의 온도를 조절하도록 온 또는 오프하는 실외기팬과, 상기 써어미스타를 통해 전달된 온도에 따라 릴레이를 구동하여 실외기팬 및 압축기와 4방밸브와 구동을 제어하는 마이크로컴퓨터를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 제습운전 제어장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제2감압장치 출구온도는 0~10℃영역으로 제어하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기를 제습운전 제어장치.
