Abstract

본 발명은 유가금속을 함유하는 스크랩류를 동광석 용련용 자용로에 샤프트(1)의 천장부(4)로부터 장입시켜 유가금속을 로내에 체류하는 맛트로 회수하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
스크랩류를 미리 분쇄시켜 놓은 후 이것을 동광석과 혼합하여 자용로 정광버너(5)에서 로내에 장입시키는 것이 가장 실용적이다. 스크랩에 함유된 유기절연체는 완전히 분해·연소된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 유가금속을 함유하는 스크랩류를 동광석 용련용 자용로에 장입시키되 샤프트 천장부로부터 장입하여 유가금속을 로내에 체류하는 맛트에 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크랩류로부터의 유가금속 리사이클 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스크랩류는 미리 분쇄하여 놓고 이것을 동광석 용련용 장입물과 혼합하여 자용로 정광버너로부터 로내에 장입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크랩류로부터의 유가금속 리사이클 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스크랩류는 수지등의 유기물을 탄소환산으로 3∼70중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크랩류로부터의 유가금속 리사이클 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유가금속은 금, 은, 백금 및 파라디윰 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크랩류로부터의 유가금속 리사이클 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 상기 스크랩류는 동정광의 100중량부에 대하여 10중량부 이하로 장입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크랩류로부터의 유가금속 리사이클 방법.
