Description
工程1では、原料である電子・電気機器部品屑に対し、以降の選別工程に悪影響を与える物質としての粉状物とフィルム状部品屑(樹脂、アルミ箔等)を選別除去する。後工程に対する前処理の役割であり、粗選別に位置づけられる。
工程2では、粉状物とフィルム状部品屑が除去された電子・電気機器部品屑から合成樹脂類、基板及びパーツを濃縮する。
工程3では、工程2で得られた基板、合成樹脂類等を含む軽量物から、銅、金、銀などの有価金属を含む基板を濃縮する。有価金属を含む基板を濃縮処理して、後述する銅製錬工程で処理することにより、銅製錬工程における有価金属の回収効率を向上させることができる。
本発明の実施の形態に係る電子・電気機器部品屑の処理方法は、各工程1〜3、工程A〜Cで選別された有価金属を含む電子・電気機器部品屑を製錬工程で処理する製錬工程を有する。
Claims (6)
- 電子・電気機器を破砕した屑であり、粉状物、フィルム状部品屑、合成樹脂類、及び基板を少なくとも含む電子・電気機器部品屑から前記粉状物と前記フィルム状部品屑を風力選別し、除去する工程1と、
前記粉状物と前記フィルム状部品屑が除去された前記電子・電気機器部品屑から前記合成樹脂類及び前記基板を軽量物として、前記合成樹脂類及び前記基板以外の前記電子・電気機器部品屑を重量物として選別し、前記合成樹脂類及び前記基板を濃縮する工程2と、
前記工程2で得られた濃縮物から、前記合成樹脂類と有価金属を含む基板とを、メタルセンサー、カラーカメラ、エアーバルブ及びコンベアを備えるソータを用いて選別し、前記有価金属を含む基板を濃縮する工程3と
を有することを特徴とする電子・電気機器部品屑の処理方法。 - 前記工程1の前に、前記電子・電気機器部品屑に含まれる線屑を除去する前処理工程Aを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子・電気機器部品屑の処理方法。
- 前記工程1と前記工程2の間に前記電子・電気機器部品屑に含まれる線屑を除去する工程Bを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電子・電気機器部品屑の処理方法。
- 前記工程2で得られた濃縮物の金属含有比率を下げるために、前記工程3の前に、カラーソータによる選別、篩別による選別、及び磁選による選別のうちの少なくとも1つの処理を行うことを含む工程Cを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電子・電気機器部品屑の処理方法。
- 前記工程2が風力選別であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電子・電気機器部品屑の処理方法。
- 前記工程Bが、スリット状の篩を有する篩別機を用いて処理することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電子・電気機器部品屑の処理方法。
