Abstract
본 발명은 0.5:1 내지 10:1의 높이-대-하부-직경비를 갖고 0.5° 내지 15°의 수직축에 기초한 끝이 가늘어지는 각도를 갖는 벽을 포함하는 정화 용기; 상기 정화 용기의 하부에 배치된 고체 배출 요소; 고체 수용 깔대기; 상기 수용 깔대기에 배치된 고체 입구; 상기 정화 용기로 고체의 주입을 위한 입구와 통하는 상기 수용 깔대기에 배치된 주입 수단; 확장된 고체층의 상부 제한을 명시하고 상기 정화 용기의 상부와 압박 수단 사이의 기체 수집 챔버를 명시하는, 상기 주입 수단 아래에 배치된 기체-투과성 고체-불투과성 압박 수단; 확장하는 고체층내 또는 아래로, 상기 정화 용기에 배치된 기체 출구 수단; 및 상기 기체 수집 챔버와 통하게 배치되고 그것으로부터 기체를 배출하기 위한 기체 배출수단으로 구성되는 고체 올레핀 중합체로부터 함유하고 있는 단량체를 제거하는 장치와, 상기 장치를 사용하여 상기 고체, 과립상 올리펜 중합체 및 상기 기체상 단량체의 혼합물로부터 중합되지 않은 기체상 단량체를 제거하는 방법을 제공한다.

제1도는 내부 사항이 나타내도록 일정 부분이 절단된 본 발명의 바람직한 정화 용기(vessel)을 도시하고 있다.
Claims (7)
- 0.5:1 내지 10:1의 높이-대-하부-직경비를 갖고 0.5° 내지 15°의 수직축에 기초한 끝이 가늘어지는 각도를 갖는 벽을 포함하는 정화 용기; 상기 정화 용기의 하부에 배치된 고체 배출 요소; 고체 수용 깔대기; 상기 수용 깔대기에 배치된 고체 입구; 상기 정화 용기로 고체의 주입을 위한 입구와 통하는 상기 수용 깔대기에 배치된 주입 수단; 확장된 고체층의 상부 제한을 명시하고 상기 정화 용기의 상부와 압박 수단 사이의 기체 수집 챔버를 명시하는, 상기 주입 수단 아래에 배치된 기체-투과성 고체-불투과성 압박 수단; 확장하는 고체층내 또는 아래로, 상기 정화 용기에 배치된 기체 출구 수단; 및 상기 기체 수집 챔버와 통하게 배치되고 그것으로부터 기체를 배출하기 위한 기체 배출수단으로 구성되는 고체 올레핀 중합체로부터 함유하고 있는 중합되지 않은 탄화수소 단량체를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수직 각도가 3° 내지 10°이고 상기 높이-대-하부-직경비가 1.5:1 내지 8:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 높이-대-하부-직경비가 1.5:1 내지 3:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 장치.
- 제1항의 장치에서 혼합 베드를 통하여 정화 기체를 역류로 통과시키고; 상기 장치로부터 상기 정화 기체와 미반응 기체상 단량체를 배출시키고; 그리고 상기 장치로부터 과립상 올레핀 중합체를 배출하는; 단계로 구성된 상기 고체, 과립상 올레핀 중합체 및 상기 기체상 단량체의 혼합물로부터 중합되지 않은 기체상 단량체를 제거하는 정화 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 (a) 에틸렌 또는 프로필렌의 단일 중합체; (b) 에틸렌의 다수 몰퍼센트(>50%) 및 하나 이상의 C3내지 C8알파 올레핀의 소수 몰퍼센트인 공중합체; (c) 프로필렌의 다수 몰퍼센트(>50%) 및 하나 이상의 C4내지 C8알파 올레핀의 소수 몰퍼센트인 공중합체; (d) 폴리프로필렌 클로라이드; (e) 폴리부타디엔 또는 폴리이소프렌; 및 (f) 점착성 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 점착성 중합체가 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무 및 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 고무, 에틸렌 고함량 프로필렌-에틸렌 블록 공중합체, 폴리(1-부텐), 에틸렌-부텐 고무, 헥센 함유 삼원 중합체, 에틸렌-프로필렌-에틸리덴 노르보르넨 및 에틸렌-프로필렌-헥사디엔 삼원 중합체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 폴리부타디엔 또는 폴리이소프레인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
