Abstract

1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
본 발명은 점성유체를 쉬어(shear)에 의해서 발열시키고 워터재키트부내를 순환하는 순환수에 열교환해서 난방열원에 이용하는 비스커스 히터에 관한 것이다.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
내구 후에 있어서도 윤활불량을 일으키기 어려운 비스커스히터를 제공한다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
발열실⑺과 축받이장치⑾의 사이에 축 밀봉장치⑽등을 설치한다.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도
우수한 내구성을 지닌 비스커스히터.

Claims (4)

  1. 내부에 발열실을 형성하는 전면부 및 후면부 하우징과, 그 전면부 및 후면부 하우징의 적어도 한쪽에 형성되고, 그 발열실에 인접하여 순환수를 순환시키는 워터재키트와, 그 전면부 하우징에 축받이장치(베어링)를 통하여 회전운동이 가능하게 지지된 구동축과, 그 발열실내에서 그 구동축에 의해 회전운동이 가능하게 설치된 회전자와, 그 발열실의 벽면과 그 회전자의 외부면의 간극에 개재되어, 그 회전자의 회전운동에 의해 발열되는 점성유체를 가지는 비스커스히터에 있어서, 상기 발열실과 상기 축받이장치의 사이에는 개재물이 존재하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비스커스히터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 개재물은 전면부 하우징에 설치되고, 구동축을 밀봉하는 축 밀봉장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 비스커스히터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 개재물은 하우징의 내부벽에 형성되는 밀폐공간인 것을 특징으로 하는 비스커스히터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 축받이장치는 전면부 하우징에 형성된 돌기내에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비스커스히터.
