Abstract

자동변속기 차량의 유압제어장치의 하나로 오일의 유압을 발생시키는 자동 변속기용 오일펌프로서, 오일펌프에 크레슨트가 부재시 오일이 이송될 때에 체적변화가 생겨 이로인해 캐비테이션이나 맥동현상으로 발생하는 소음 및 진동을 방지하기 위하여, 펌프실이 마련되어 이에 드라이브 기어와 드리븐 기어가 안착될 뿐만 아니라 오일이 유입 및 배출되는 입구와 출구가 형성되는 하우징과, 상기 펌프실을 밀폐시켜 주는 리액션 서포트의 결합으로 이루어지는 자동 변속기용 오일펌프에 있어서, 드리븐 기어상에 입구를 통해 유입되어 이송시, 발생되는 오일의 체적변화를 방지할 수 있는 체적변화 방지수단이 형성되어 이루어지는 자동 변속기용 오일펌프를 제공하여, 오일펌프의 작용시 소음 및 진동을 줄일 수 있는 자동 변속기용 오일펌프에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 펌프실이 마련되어 이에 드라이브 기어와 드리븐 기어가 안착될 뿐만 아니라 오일이 유입 및 배출되는 입구와 출구가 형성되는 하우징과, 상기 펌프실을 밀폐시켜 주는 리액션 서포트의 결합으로 이루어지는 자동변속기용 오일펌프에 있어서, 드리븐 기어상에 입구를 통해 유입되어 이송시, 발생되는 오일의 체적변화를 방지할 수 있는 체적변화 방지수단이 형성되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기용 오일펌프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 체적변화 방지수단은 상기 드리븐 기어상에 일정간극을 두고 배치되며 상기 드리븐 기어의 회전 방향으로 만곡형성된 그루브로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기용 오일펌프.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 그루브는 상기 드리븐 기어의 회전시 오일이 원활하게 유입 또는 배출이 이루어질 수 있도록 그 단면이 라운드로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기용 오일펌프.
