Abstract

계속되는 펌핑에 의하여 잉여되는 오일을 변속기 내부로 배출함으로써, 누유로 인한 변속기 외부의 오염을 방지하여 변속기 주위를 청결하게 유지하기 위한 목적으로 펌프 하우징과 리액션 서포트가 결합되어져 외관을 형성하고, 이를 내부에는 리액션 서포트의 중심측으로 관통되는 축에 의하여 회전하는 드라이브 허브와, 상기 드라이브 허브에 의하여 구동되는 구동기어 및 상기 구동기어가 내치합되는 피동 기어로 형성되는 기어펌프가 내장되는 구성을 갖는 자동차용 자동 변속기의 오일펌프에 있어서, 상기 펌프 하우징의 내면 기어펌프 자리부의 외측으로 다수의 오일 배출홈을 하나의 유로로 연통되도록 형성하여 리액션 서포트의 결합시 상기 오일 배출홈의 일측을 리액션 서포트의 내면이 막아줌으로써, 하나의 오일 배출공이 형성되도록 하고, 리액션 서포트의 외측 플랜지를 상기 오일 배출홈의 소정의 위치에서 외부로 노출되도록 하여 이의 부위가 변속기 케이스의 내부로 통하는 오일 배출구가 되도록 형성한 자동차용 자동 변속기 오일펌프의 잉여 오일 배출구조.

Claims (1)

  1. 펌프 하우징(1)과 리액션 서포트(2)가 결합되어져 외관을 형성하고, 이들 내부에는 리액션 서포트(2)의 중심측으로 관통되는 축에 의하여 회전하는 드라이브 허브(3)와, 상기 드라이브 허브(3)에 의하여 구동되는 구동기어(4) 및 상기 구동기어(4)가 내치합되는 피동 기어(5)로 형성되는 기어펌프(6)가 내장되는 구성을 갖는 자동차용 자동 변속기의 오일펌프에 있어서, 상기 펌프 하우징(1)의 내면 기어펌프 자리부(13)의 외측으로 다수의 오일 배출홈(15)을 하나의 유로로 연통되도록 형성하여 리액션 서포트(2)의 결합시 상기 오일 배출홈(15)의 일측을 리액션 서포트(2)의 내면이 막아줌으로써, 하나의 오일 배출공이 형성되도록 하고, 리액션 서포트(2)의 외측 플랜지(22)를 상기 오일 배출홈(15)의 소정의 위치에서 외부로 노출되도록 하여 이의 부위가 변속기 케이스(9)의 내부로 통하는 오일 배출구(16)가 되도록 형성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 자동 변속기 오일펌프내의 잉여 오일 배출구조.
