제1도는 본 발명이 결합된 압축기의 사시도이다. 제2도는 제1도의 압축기에 장치된 윤활유 펌프 조립체의 확대 단면도이다. 제3도는 제2도의 3-3선을 따른 단면도이다.
12 : 압축기하우징, 14 : 펌프조립체, 16 : 펌프하우징, 18 : 흡입입구, 20 : 방출출구, 22 : 보어(bore), 26 : 압력센서, 34 : 통로, 42 : 관, 46,48 : 전기전도체, 54 : 피스톤, 56,60 : 구(口), 58 : 정지부재, 61 : 모듀울, 64,66,69,71 : 전기도선.
Claims (6)
- 유체출구 및 입구가 있고, 상기 유체입구는 충분히 큰 압력차이를 필요로 하는 유체저장소와 통해있는 하우징과; 유체임펠러(Impeller)와; 상기 임펠러가 상기 입구로부터 상기 출구로 유동을 가져오게 회전 구동시키기 위한 수단과; 상기 하우징 내에 있는 센서와; 상기 센서수단의 제1부분을 상기 유체입구에 연결시키는 제1통로수단과; 상기 하우징 내에서 상기 유체출구를 상기 센서의 다른 부분으로 연결하는 제2통로수단과; 상기 출구 및 입구의 압력차가 예정된 값보다 작은것을 감지함에 따라 상기 구동수단의 구동을 늦추도록 상기 수단에 효과적으로 연결된 상기 센서로 구성된 유체펌프.
- 압축기 하우징과; 상기 하우징 내에 있는 압축기 수단과; 상기 하우징 내에 있고 상기 압축기 수단과 구동적으로 연결된 전동기 수단과; 상기 전동기 수단에 구동적으로 연결되고, 윤활유를 상기 압축기 수단에 공급하고 출구 및 입구가 있는 하우징을 포함하며, 상기 입구는 상당히 큰 압력차이를 필요로 하는 유체 저장소와 통해 있는 윤활유 펌프수단과; 상기 펌프 하우징내에 위치하여 상기 입구 및 출구와 통해있고, 입구와 출구사이의 압력차이가 예정된 압력차이보다 작은것은 감지함에 따라 상기 전동기의 구동을 늦추도록 작동하는 센서 수단으로 구성된 냉각압축기용 가압 윤활시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서 상기 센서가 상기 펌프의 입구 및 출구와 내부 통로수단을 통해 있는 가압윤활 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서 상기 펌프 하우징이 그 사이에 있는 가스킷 수단과 함께 상기 압축기 수단에 붙어있고 상기 가스킷 수단은 상기 입구와 상기 센서수단 사이의 유통로를 이루는 가압 윤활시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서 가스킷 수단에 의해 이루어진 상기 유통로가 상기 입구로부터 상기 센서쪽으로 절단되어 연장된 가압 윤활시스템.
- 유체유동 통로가 있는 제1조립체와; 유체 유동통로가 있고 상기 제1조립체에 일직선으로 붙어있는 제2조립체와; 상기 제1, 제2조립체 사이에 위치하는 밀폐 가스킷 수단과; 상기 제1, 제2조립체중 하나안에 있는 센서수단과; 상기 센서수단을 상기 제1, 제2조립체의 일직선으로 된 유체 유동통로와 연속적으로 통하게 해서 상기 센서가 상기 제1, 제2조립체 사이의 유체 유동상태를 감지하여 작동하게 하기위해 상기 가스킷 수단에 의해 이루어진 센서 통로 수단으로 구성된 유체시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
