Abstract
1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
본 발명은 전지의 수지제봉함가스킷 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
2. 발명이 해결하려고하는 기술적 과제
본 발명은 봉함가스킷의 본체부분인 환상부에 잔존응력이 생기는 것을 방지하고 균열의 발생이 없는 신뢰성이 향상된 봉함가스킷을 얻기 위한 것이다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
환상부(1), (10)와 이 환상부(1), (10)의 상하단말을 제외한 내면에 형성한 내측돌출부(2), (9)를 구비한 봉함가스킷과 동일현상의 공동과 이 공동의 내측돌출부(2), (9)에 대응하는 부분에 형성한 게이트부(3), (11)와를 구비한 금형내에 용융수지를 주입하고 그 게이트부(3), (11)를 거쳐서 공동내에 수지를 충전시키는 공정과 금형의 공동내의 수지를 고체화시키는 공정과 게이트부(3), (11)에 있어서, 수지를 절단하는 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용봉함가스킷의 제조방법.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도
본 발명은 전지의 봉함부에 있어서 외장캔과 봉함뚜껑과의 사이에 개재하는 수지제봉함가스킷 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)
- 환상부(1), (10)와 이 환상부(1), (10)의 상하단말을 제외한 내면에 형성한 내측돌출부(2), (9)와를 구비하고 내측돌출부(2), (9)에 수지주입용게이트부(3), (11)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용봉함가스킷.
- 환상부(1), (10)와 이 환상부(1), (10)의 상하단말을 제외한 내면에 형성한 내측돌출부(2), (9)를 구비한 봉함가스킷의 제조방법으로서 상기한 봉함가스킷과 동일형상의 공동과 이 공동의 내측돌출부(2), (9)에 대응하는 부분에 형성한 게이트부(3), (11)와를 구비한 금형내에 용융수지를 주입하고 그 게이트부(3), (11)를 거쳐서 공동내에 수지를 충전시키는 공정과, 금형의 공동내의 수지를 고체화시키는 공정과, 게이트부(3), (11)에 있어서, 수지를 절단하는 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용봉함가스킷의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 게이트부(3), (11)로부터 수지를 주입하는 런너의 방식이 핫런너방식인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용봉함가스킷의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
