Abstract

CONSTITUTION:To mold the edge 2 with the edge molding mold 10, the external circumferential edge 1a of the cone type vibration plate 1 pre-formed is accomodated along the inner circumferential edge of the cavity 11, and the cavity 11 is closed with the mold matching of the convex mold 13. After that, the edge material molten is injected into the cavity 11 from the injection nozzle 14 to unify the cone vibration plate 1 and the edge 2 with curing. In this case, the external circumferential edge 1a of the cone type vibration plate 1 and the inner circumferential edge 1a of the edge 2 are not by butt joint of the edge surfaces but by the duplicated state, unification of surface contact, then the edge of the fixed form can be obtained with one shot.
