Abstract

본 발명은 엔진으로부터 방출된 배출가스배출중량을 구하는 배출가스계측장치에 관한 것으로서, 요구되는 계측정밀도에 따라서 CVS형 샘플링장치의 희석공기로서 정제공기와 대기중의 공기를 절환해서 사용하고, 저코스트와 높은 계측정밀도를 다같이 실현할 수 있는 배출가스계측장치를 제공하는 한편, 공기정제기를 유효하게 활용해서, 소수의 공기정제기로부터, 그것보다도 많은 복수의 샘플링장치에 대해 적정하게 정제희석공기를 공급할 수 있는 배출가스계측장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한 것이며, 이 그 구성에 있어서, 희석공기로서 대기중의 공기를 도입하는 대기도입장치(45)와, 대기중의 공기를 도입해서 정제된 희석공기로하는 공기정제기(1)과, 엔진의 배출가스의 일부를 희석공기로 희석하는 희석장치와, 대기도입장치와 상기 공기정제기의 어느쪽이든지 상기 희석장치에 연통시키는 선택수단(46),(47)와, 희석된 배출가스를 채집하는 샘플링장치와, 채집된 배출가스의 배출가스배출중량을 구하는 계측수단(42)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 희석공기로서 대기중의 공기를 도입하는 대기도입장치와, 대기중의 공기를 도입해서 정제된 희석공기로하는 공기정제기와, 엔진의 배출가스의 일부를 희석공기로 희석하는 희석장치와, 상기 대기도입장치와 상기 공기정제기의 어느쪽이든지 상기 희석장치에 연통시키는 선택수단과, 희석된 배출가스를 채집하는 샘플링장치와, 상기 채집한 배출가스의 배출가스 배출중량을 구하는 계측수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스계측장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공기정제는 촉매와 흡착재를 사용해서 공기를 정제하는 것을 특징으로하는 배출가스계측장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공기정제기가 복수의 희석장치와 접속되고, 상기 선택수단이 각 희석장치마다 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스계측장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 공기정제기가 송풍수단과 동송풍수단의 송풍량을 제어하는 유량제어수단을 가지고, 동유량제어수단이 상기 선택수단에 의해 상기 공기정제기와 연통된 상기 희석장치의 수에 따라서 상기 송풍량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스계측장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 공기정제기가 송풍수단과 동송풍수단의 송풍량을 제어하는 유량제어수단을 가지고, 동유량제어수단이 상기 선택수단에 의해 상기 공기정제기와 연통된 상기 희석장치의 수에 따라서 변동하는 상기 공기정제기의 하류쪽압력과 대기압의 차가 일정하게 되도록 상기 송풍량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스계측장치.
